Beautiful home and property. Very clean overall, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, cool bikes! We had everything we needed! Great location to beach and town center. The Host was very responsive and checked in via text to make sure all was well. Definitely recommend and can't wait to come back again.

Really loved the covered outdoor heated patio. Renovations were beautiful. Walked to beach, mcmennamins, and throughout delightful neighborhood.

Family Home

Very spacious and well appointed home. It has everything you need and more. Lovely outdoor spaces had to the charm. This was our second stay and well be looking forward to many more stays.

Neacoxie creek front home

We celebrated our World War II Navy Veteran brother’s 99th birthday in Astoria, and had family from Minnesota and Washington visiting. Gearhart was a wonderful retreat for us. Loved the house all accommodations and amenities. Would love to go back.

Gearhart stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed. It was a quick stay so didn’t get to enjoy everything, but we did use the bikes and kayak. I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful Stay on Oregon Coast

This property exceeds expectations. Photos don’t do it justice. Plenty of space for a large family or group. Lots of outdoor area, amazing kitchen and wonderful hot tub. Kayak and bikes to explore the area. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, Well-Maintained Gearhart Home

Lovely family beach house. Very comfortable. Perfect for vacation with extended family or friends with kids. Best stocked kitchen we've experienced in a rental. Beds, linens, towels, toiletries all good quality. Very nice enclosed backyard with lawn for kids to burn off energy outside. Will stay here again.

Spring break family getaway

This house was a perfect fit for our family, including our golden retriever. The kitchen area (and large table) provided a great space for eating and playing games. It was nice having bikes, games, etc. so accessible. The weather was great too! We would definitely rent this house again in the future.

A very special place

What a find! This house has everything - well equipped, beautifully furnished, thoughtful touches, incredible location. So much to do: kayaking, sunset walks, exploring beaches, cooking together with family in a fabulous kitchen. We are grateful for the generosity of our hosts sharing their beautiful home with us. Everything you could possibly need for a great beach vacation has been provided for here! Our only concern was that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the house and to take advantage of all the games and beach equipment - we definitely hope to stay longer next time! Many thanks.

Beautiful home and beautiful weather

We have stayed at this house several times and it never disappoints. Plenty of room for everyone. A bit of a walk to the beach with 2 small dogs and 2 children, but we manage. The oven was not working for us, but the owner was very responsive and came up with a solution for baking our lasagne.

We have stayed at the Beautiful Neacoxie Creek house four different times over the last few years and every time it is more wonderful than the last. It really is ideal. Great for kids, pets and adults with easy access to the beach and the town of Gearhart,and a great back yard for the kids to play that is fully fenced for your pup. We love it. And the bonus is the great communication with the owners. Beautiful touches throughout the property o make your time in Gearhart truly special. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Highly recommend

We throughly enjoyed this house--everything we wanted and more. It was a pleasure working with Kari the property manager. We got tubbed, kayaked, rode bikes and played ping pong. Pretty good for a bunch of 55 plus year olds. Thank you we had a wonderful time laughing around the fire.

We Loved It.

Our family (6 adults and 1 child) spent 5 nights at this wonderful house. Everything was perfect and we were all very happy with our rooms and bathrooms. The landscaping was so beautiful and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay so enjoyable. We spent a lot of time on the back patio catching up and visiting. Kari, thank you so much.

The many extras and great attention to detail made this a truly relaxing and luxurious vacation for us. Having a living room and family room gave the adults in the party a breather. Wonderful break in a beautiful home

This is an amazing rental. Very well appointed. Not lacking in anything. Would love to stay again this summer, but I see this home is all booked. The walk to the beach was a bit for the 5 and 8 year old, but they were well entertained at the house and didn't seem to miss the beach. Gearhart is a sweet little community.

Another amazing stay

This was our second time staying here and won’t be our last! Kari’s home is beautiful, always incredibly clean, and located in the most magical neighborhood. We were able to paddle board and kayak right from the back yard, spotted elk and deer on a daily basis, enjoyed leisurely walks and bike rides to the beach and shops nearby, and were able to visit the neighboring towns with just a short car ride. Kari’s home is the perfect size for our family and the variety of games and toys for the kids makes packing our car much easier! 10/10 would highly recommend!
