This three bedroom home is perfect for the family holidays. Newly renovated beach house will please and delight the whole family, with polished floors throughout, immaculately clean, large spacious bathroom, with bath, large lounge opening onto the back decking and fully fenced rear yard gives you plenty of natural light. Kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher and microwave, laundry with shower, washing machine and dryer. Fully fenced yard for the kids to enjoy while you BBQ on the back deck with a nice Peninsula Wine.

Flinders is an appealing holiday destination due to its scenic coastal location and is located close to the southern tip of the Mornington Peninsula, fronting onto the calm waters of Western Port Bay in the west and offering a rugged coastline of cliffs and ocean beaches along its southern frontage onto Bass Strait.

Reviewer Comments: Lovely little house in a great location for the township and the beach - perfect for a little family stay where you don’t mind all hanging out together in evenings. Only hiccup was that it wasn’t super clean when we arrived - sand on couches and bed covers, nothing a vacuum couldn’t fix.

The linen (doona covers) could of been cleaner, we had to supply the linen so I had taken covers. Could of had less ornaments and things on all the tables and buffet. Amazing amount of fold out tables stored in bedrooms and lounge!

Flinders getaway

Needed more toilet rolls. Windows and blinds dirty and wrecked. Things kept getting lost. Crack in water can. No ladder in shed. Next door not good. No privacy. Left stuff from last people. Couch very dirty. Only 1 television. 5 beds for 6 people.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a suprise indeed. This property was rated a generous 1 star for cleanliness, as a 0 would have been a better rate. This property was not cleaned at a level ready for hire. The floors/rugs were dusty and dirty, cutlery was dirty and had mould, beds had mice poo and with mattress protectors barely on, washing machine had stains and not clean, the bathroom sink had plumbing issues and the couches had pet hair, dirt and dust. The house had a stale smell, dusty air and an unclean feel.It was quite unfortunate to have walked into these circumstances considering the location of the accommodation was spot on. Having to rewash dishes, cutlery and bedding before using wasn't an ideal start to a family weekend away. I wish I had more positives to add to the review as the accommodation would have so much more potential and less disappointment if more detail was paid to the general and basic necessities of cleaning.Hire with caution, as the cleaning fee and pictures are deceiving!

Comfortable, clean and well equipped

Relaxing Easter break for the family. The back yard is ideal for sitting in the sun and for our two small dogs to run. Easy walks to the general store, cafes, dog-friendly beach and pier.
