Obx a beautiful place to vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked the house. But it does need some changes..the shower is 24"x31".. not a good experience to shower in. A stackable w/d up stairs would be great. Especially for seniors. Updated photo would have shown that the dune was much larger than current photos. You cannot see beach...the house, itself, is comfortable. A recliner would have been so nice. We had a good time, despite the cold windy weather. We have rented many houses here. From 1-10, I rate it a 8...

Reviewer Comments: We were more than pleased with the view. The ocean was literally right out the back door. While the house itself was a bit dated, we didn’t mind! It had everything we needed for a great week. We would certainly rent it again!

Not what I expected
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really in need of an update ESPECIALLY the shower. The internet was sporadic and on the last two days the tv didn’t work. Repairmen were quick to respond but finally decided it was the tv after fixing the internet problem. Said they would contact the office to get us a new tv. Never saw or heard from anyone again. The shower is ridiculous, most closets are bigger. Kitchen chairs need replaced. All in all for what you spend on the rental I would stay elsewhere
