From the huge historic fireplaces and the stately windows, to the redesigned bathrooms and interesting design finishes, this home is the perfect juxtaposition of old and new. The beds are large and expansive and the living areas are spacious and very usable.

Our property is located in beautiful Historic Downtown Savannah. All of the food, shopping and sites are walking distance or a very quick drive. The neighborhood is clean and inviting with plenty of manicured parks to explore, unique shops to experience, and fine restaurants to try.

Historic Downtown Savannah feels big but remains small, thus most destinations are walkable. If you prefer to drive, street parking and parking garages are readily available. If you prefer to ride we suggest you try the free shuttle that comes every 10 minutes and will tour you around all of Historic Downtown.

Not impressed

The place was cute, overall, and I liked the old feel of it, but the beds were just as old as the apartment as they were spring loaded mattresses and so you could feel the springs. The ac were window units which is not ideal. The location was near the park, but not as close as the listing makes it seem and it’s a 10 minute drive from the historic downtown area. We were just not impressed really for the price.

Great Location

This property is a historic home that has been tastefully remodeled. It is in a great location near Forsyth Park and a short drive to the riverfront. You do need to be aware that there are several stairs to climb to access the living quarters.
