Holiday cottage situated in Kilcunda on the stunning Bass Coast of Victoria.

It offers two bedrooms with a comfortable Queen Size bed and two single beds – the whole house is yours. Everything (apart from your food and drink) is supplied. All bed linen, towels, crockery, cutlery, cooking requirements and more. Free WiFi (limits apply), air-conditioning, Smart TV, Netflix, BBQ are all available for our guests’ usage at no additional charges.

Sinnamon’s By The Sea is a two-minute walk to the local Kilcunda Pub – offering great beer, wine, food, and ocean views; the Kilcunda General Store offers breakfast, lunch, and good coffee and Udder and Hoe – offering local produce grown in ethical and organic ways.

A further ten-minute walk and you are on one of the nearby beaches – bliss.
Surfing, swimming, Fishing, or just paddling – you decide.

Great house!

I just stayed here with my sister in the middle of Winter and had a great time! It's a perfect house for a family getaway - big safe yard, near the beach, near the general store and pub. Has all the mod cons with lovely appliances etc. Gorgeous! Highly recommend!

Welcome break

We stayed for 4 days with two friends visiting during that time. The house is generous in size with very good natural light. It has many little features - lamps, ornaments, photos and artwork- making it interesting and welcoming. The local pub, cafe & bar/restaurant are a short walk, as are the beaches and coastal walking paths.

What an amazing house! Our family of three enjoyed the week we spent here, and Steven has set the place up like a hotel. All amenities are taken care of the only things we needed to bring was food and clothes. It was a pleasant 15 minute walk to Shelley beach (2 minute drive) which has great shallow water and shell searching for kids. The pub and general store are also about a minute walk away. Thanks for an amazing holiday!

Great location, fantastic accommodation

We enjoyed staying in the property because it has all the essentials and extras like a soda-stream machine, records and a record player and tasteful décor. Even though the house is a short walk from the shops we couldn't hear the traffic that frequently drives through the town. We found that the Kilcunda Ocean View Hotel is only open from Thursdays to Sundays. Fortunately, San Remo and Wonthaggi have many places to eat.

Beautiful home on the beach.

We greatly enjoyed our two day stay in this beautifully styled house at Kilcunda. Filled with morning sun, with a lovely raised deck, we rested and relaxed in style. My particular favourites were the pretty china plates and cups. Perfect for a couple or small family, with the extra bonus of being dog friendly.

Well appointed and tastefully decorated charming cottage with everything you could need for a relaxing weekend away. The warmth and glow of the Coonarra wood fire lulled us into deep relaxation and allowed us to appreciate the comfort and personal touches offered in this perfectly situated home away from home.

We had a wonderful time. The property was clean, well appointed and decorated with lovely fresh flowers. There’s lots of thought given to incoming guests and Steve is a wonderful host - checked in with us on numerous occasions. I highly recommend this property and will definitely return.

Awesome last minute getaway

My partner and I decided to have a getaway at the last minute. We were very lucky that Steven's property was still available as we booked it the day before! Steven was a great host right from the beginning. He was very friendly and responded to any queries promptly. What can I say about Steven's house? It was just so beautiful! It was clean and cozy. We had such a wonderful stay that even our 2 dogs did not want to leave! Thanks for an awesome stay Steven, we can't wait to be back!

Equatorial beach getaway with everything you need for a weekend or a month

An absolute gem of a holiday home, Steve’s house exceeded expectations and then some. With every creature comfort you could need including a hammock hanging under the tree this house was the perfect summer getaway. Our dog loved the big yard and we loved the fully stocked kitchen, complementary wifi and Netflix and deck which was great for entertaining friends in New Year’s Eve. Steve was an incredible host making sure everything was organised For our arrival including a bottle of champagne. We will 100% be back and would give this 6 stars if I could!
