BLUE OCEAN VIEW 172 BRAND NEW LUXURIOUS OCEAN VIEW CONDO W/ A/C TREAT YOURSELF!!

This " BRAND NEW LUXURIOUS OCEAN VIEW CONDO With A/C" is a "TWO MINUTE" walk to the beach and has been fully remodeled from floor to ceiling. Unit 172 building 26 is a top floor corner unit of a two story building with a nice ocean view. You have a nice view of the pond that sits on the property from your Lani as well. Enjoy the extra airflow and added privacy by way of this top floor corner unit in a low rise two-story building with great vaulted ceiling’s. The front door is located at the end of the hallway so there is nobody walking by the door or in a unit above you,, lots of privacy! Three sides of this one bedroom one bathroom condominium are open by way of louver doors and or windows to be able to take advantage of the trade winds. This turn key condominium is steps away from the beautiful sandy beach that our resort sits on. Other amenities include membership to the Poipu Beach athletic club, 24 hours of security, complementary towel and chairs for the beach and swimming pool, Internet access and more. Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. There will be an additional $35 charge at checkout for stays of 8 to 10 nights which includes new towels, linens, trash service, and vacuum. Stays of 11 to 15 nights will have a $60 full service cleaning during your stay paid at check out. If you are checking in after 8 PM you will need to let the Outrigger front desk know. They will email you after hours check in instructions. The number is 808-742-6411. For larger groups, please check out our other Condo on property, which is Kiahuna Beach House #50. We just purchased this condo in February 2025. We did a complete renovation which was finished April 2025. This condo is brand new and just as nice as Unit 172. It is a ground floor corner unit that has a beautiful view of the twin bridges in the center of the property.

We had some issues with the condo not being clean so I contacted the office and they took care of it right away. We love the Kiahuna Plantation! Great location & nice views. We would stay here again! The Sunrise Cafe is a nice touch!!

Great condo for a family right near the beach. Property was clean and had everything we needed including lots of kitchen items, boogie boards, umbrella, and beach chairs. Sofa sleeper was a newer model so more comfortable than many sleepers, though still a sofa sleeper. Would stay here again.

Well equipped and clean condo situated on a beautiful property in a fantastic location! Excellent proximity to several beaches, shops, restaurants, and within reasonable driving distance to many hikes and other island attractions. This was our first visit to Kauai and it won't be the last - we are looking forward to returning and will absolutely stay again. The unit was very nicely redone! The kitchen and bathroom were great. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and pans and paper towels needed! It has a lovely ocean view and it’s in a great location! You can walk to restaurants and the beach right out front is nice. They also provided beach chairs and boogie boards which we enjoyed!The only down side was there was no in unit laundry. In fact it was quite a distance from our unit. Also the AC cools the place down, but it’s a wall unit in the living room, so it needs to be frosty in the living room for the bedroom to get cool, though it will cool the entire unit. The owner was responsive and seemed nice when we had a question.

Loved that this condo has a gorgeous ocean view and is so close to the beach. We enjoyed cocktails and appetizers at the Lava’s pool bar next door and spent many evenings watching the sunset on lounge chairs at the property. The AC unit made for a comfortable stay. Be sure to bring salt/pepper/spices if you plan to cook. Otherwise; the kitchen had everything we needed as far as utensils, cookware, etc. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent accommodations

Very recently renovated, beautiful finishes, and excellent location. We hiked several famous Kauai hikes. We loved exploring small towns and finding amazing restaurants. We also went to yoga classes and had massages in Hannapepe. We explored a local farmers market and a cacao farm. We can't wait to come back. Also it's fun to watch the surfers from the condo propert.
