Lovely, relaxing stay!

We had a really wonderful stay here! The place was clean and the kitchen was stacked with a lot of appliances to utilize. The hot tub was especially fun in the cold weather. We also enjoyed the beds and slept quite well!

Olivia beach home

We thought the home was nicely decorated and in a safe community/neighborhood. We like that it had 3 levels and it was newer decor beach aesthetic. We liked the hot tub a lot and the layout of the home. The pull out sofa mattress was very uncomfortable. The other beds were comfortable.

Weekend Visit with Family

This home has beautiful views and a wonderful deck to enjoy the view from outdoors if weather permits (ours did). The beds were comfortable and there are lots of helpful labels to guide guests to the correct remotes, etc. The garage is very small and we were allowed 3 vehicles to park, however, even our smallest vehicle did not fit so we couldn't following the "no street parking" 100% of the time. Other family members commented that they enjoyed the home and would not only stay here again but would recommend it to others

Comfortable and clean place to stay. Good location and view with an easy 10-12 minute walk down to the beach. Good hike going back up though! Noticed some pet hair, especially on the entry level. Could use a new can opener as well, and item count needs to be updated. Count for bowls and a couple other kitchen items were off. Otherwise, we enjoyed it.

Poor check in pricess

We arrived at our contracted checkin time and was told the property would not be ready for several hours late. Management did not answer calls until after four calls. Then told us to come back after two hours beyond our checkin. No apology, no customer service. Very poor property management. Never again will we stay at a Meredith Property.

Can't beat the view!

We had a great time staying here. The view is excellent from all 3 stories and you can hear the ocean with the windows open. The property was clean and it was awesome having a hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and mostly other vacation rentals. I took off 1 star for the following reasons: - There seams to be a water heater or some type of machine that is in a locked closet in the master bedroom and it was quite noisy. While this seems to be the way the house was built (not sure why you would build a house to have mechanical equipment located in the master) it was a disappointing to have to listen to the noise while we slept. - The dining room table is way too large and cumbersome to sit at and it blocks access to the laundry room. It also had a cheeseball disposable tablecloth attached to it that had rips and tears in it from prior guests. - The community pool is NOT open year round, I was quite disappointed to find this out and wish my expectations had been managed better. Sounds like it's only available from Memorial day to Labor day.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very clean, and there were three great gathering areas to relax in. The home is pet-friendly, which was a big plus, and we loved the BBQ grill and patio seating with a beautiful view of the ocean. The hot tub on the lower level was spotless and relaxing, and the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of appliances, pans, and dishes.A few small things that could make the stay even better: additional parking would be helpful for visiting friends, longer hot tub hours in the evening would be appreciated, and a few more wine glasses and grill tools would be nice.Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we’d happily come back!
