About this property

The house for all seasons, occasions and ages.

Besides providing beds for 6 guests, we have 1 foldout bed and a cot if required. There is a super king bed downstairs that can be made into 2 single beds on request.
The grounds are spacious and private. Great for playing games, BBQ and evening drinks on the sun-drenched deck or in front of the outdoor fireplace.
Toys, bikes and sports equipment provided keep everyone happily entertained.
In inclement weather, there are plenty of options to keep everyone entertained inside - dvd's suitable for all ages, wifi, board games, books and popular toys for all ages. From Duplo to model trains.
With air-con in summer and log burner (wood supplied) and heat pumps in winter, as well as double glazing, you will be comfortable all year round.
The A-frame is just a five minute stroll from the gorgeous cafes, restaurants and designer clothes shops in the town and just around the corner from the supermarket. A ten minute walk will take you to the rail trail, which is a lovely walk/biking track for families. In the opposite direction, a few minutes’ drive or 15 minute walk to the swimming pool and family play park and a five minute drive from the river.

Cleaning is included in the tariff, but please leave it tidy.

Lovely House With Character
Stayed here over a long weekend to attend a family celebration in district. The house is full of character, clean and tidy and close to shops, cafes etc. Would stay again if returning to Greytown.

We have lived in Greytown for the past 20 years so are very knowledgeable about how to enjoy what the Wairarapa has to offer.

Why they chose this property

The grounds are spacious and private - large enough to host your guest. Great for playing games, have a BBQ and evening drinks on the sun-drenched deck.
Toys, bikes and sports equipment provided keep everyone happily entertained.
In inclement weather, there are plenty of options to keep everyone entertained inside - dvd's suitable for all ages, wifi, board games, books and toys.
