Ruakaka River and Beach Apartment

Brand new, well appointed two bedroom apartment, fully self contained. Located within close proximity of main house but is a separate building. One carpark is allocated for guests, with extra parking if required. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, very private and has a security gate. Parking available for a boat as well.

We are located on the Ruakaka River, and just a 2 min drive to Ruakaka Surf Beach, Bream Bay. Just a short drive to the World class Marsden Point Marina (5kms). Waipu (10kms), Waipu Cove & Whangarei City are all within easy reach.

All amenities very close by - Supermarket, Medical Centre, Bank, Chemist, Liquor Store, Takeaways, Dentist and more.

A lovely tidy little home down a right of way. This was the perfect location to base ourselves after recovering from an unfortunate accident that we had experienced while travelling. We needed the peace and privacy that this house provided. The kitchen is well stocked for those who need self-catering amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the entertainment was sufficient for our needs. There was easy access to local beaches, and the local stores had all we needed for our brief stay.

Perfect getaway for young kids

Clean,tidy, safe and warm.place was great for our two boys. Lots of board games to play and books to be read in between beach play and caves. Spacious enough so that we didn't feel cramped if the weather had turned

Wonderful place to stay

What a wonderful peaceful place to spend for 3 days. We where able to explore the beach which was relatively close just a shhort drive from the home. The 2 small shopping areas where within easy reach one was only a short walk from the home and the other was a short drive away. I would give it in our eyes a 5 star rating. We also enjoyed a walk along the river.

Lovely outlook

Needed accommodation for extra family. Perfect location for us and lovely outlook. Was such a warm and inviting place and beautifully decorated. Owner was lovely and communication great. Will definitely be booking again when needed.
