Our family is lucky to offer you this beautifully remodeled queen anne victorian home that is on the quietest block in urban Denver. The home, built in 1893 has all the old world charm with the modern conveniences you will need. It boasts gorgeous crown molding, ten foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, italian oak stairway, skylights, original leaded glass windows and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are four balconies and a 2 ½ car garage which is very rare in this urban setting. This 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is perfect for business or pleasure.

Located in the Baker neighborhood, the home is just a block from eclectic boutiques, fine dining, and some of Denver’s trendiest nightlife. Located just a 1/2 mile from light rail, and minutes from downtown Denver, this home provides the ideal location for exploring our majestic city on foot, bicycle or other transportation.

There is exciting Denver so close by, yet being on a cul-de-sac the house is in an oasis of calm with a secluded lush back yard and patio area to sip your morning coffee or evening night cap.

My family and I had a great time staying here for 5 nights. The house was just what we expected and more. Plenty of space and very clean. They supplied any and all kitchen utensils you need. We really enjoyed the ability to walk to multiple locations for eating. Easy drive from the house to both Empower Field and Coors Field. Highly recommend.

This beautiful home is set in the historical district of Denver. The home is very welcoming with multiple porches for enjoyment. The backyard is very beautiful and comfortable to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening meal is a very short walk to several shops, restaurants, and pubs. You are near Union Station and 20 minutes from red rocks amphitheater. If you are driving, the two car garage is very nice to avoid on street parking. There is plenty of cookware if you would like to make a meal at home house as described and the host is very welcoming.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this house! The location was perfect for us to visit with our son half a mile away. And the kitchen was so well equipped, he was able to make us dinner several times. Having the garage was a huge help, and so neat and tidy!The furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed being so close to restaurants and shopping We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit. Fingers crossed it’s available.

We had a fantastic family stay in Baker during a week when Denver saw all the seasons. (No, really: it was 75 and sunny one day, 3 inches of snow the next. That's shoulder season!)The property itself was charming, comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. Host communication was some of the best I've encountered, and we loved the thoughtful welcome basket that awaited our arrival.Zero actual complaints, but one FYI: if you require a fully dark space to sleep, except in winter the master bedroom is may not be for you as there is a skylight and, understandably, light does get in. The other bedrooms would probably be just fine, and this was not an issue for us whatsoever.The location is fantastic! It's literally - actually literally, not Internet literally - a block and a half from all the restaurants and shops of Broadway, with amazing options ranging from a Vietnamese coffee shop to a killer Thai restaurant to biscuits 'n' gravy.Add it all up, and it was a lovely stay and good value for what we paid. I just wish I could clone the coffee shop into my own town...

This historic house is beautifully decorated and exceptional in all areas inside and out. We appreciated having the garage to park our car. My daughter and I had a fantastic experience staying in this beautiful home for the weekend of my son’s wedding. I chose this home because of its proximity to wedding events, but I would choose it again for any reason to visit Denver! It is a gorgeous and immaculate home - so easy to find in the most interesting neighborhood. The homeowner was very responsive to any questions and left detailed explanations for security, garage, television remote. This was definitely a 5-star stay!
