The living space on the second floor takes advantage of the spectacular ocean views, with stairs from the garage to the main floor. The classic ocean-view living room includes a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen-dining area is exceptional because of the beautiful glass-fronted cabinetry and circular architecture--you'll see the beach from every window as you relax at the table or the unique marble breakfast bar. From there, you can access a concrete patio outdoors, with lovely landscaping, benches, and a dining area overlooking the sea. For a home rich in attention to detail and custom-designed for its gorgeous setting, Inlet Point could become your favorite headquarters to enjoy the coast.

The views are to die for! We loved the back patio/deck and like the fact we were protected from the north winds, lovely landscaping. Kitchen was fully stocked, knives were sharp, pots and pans were high quality. House was exactly as we saw on line, very clean, beds were very comfortable. Elevator came in very handy to bringing bags, food etc upstairs as we had elderly folks with us. We flew out from Atlanta, Ga to meet up with our son and daughter-in-law and made some great memories in your lovely home. One last thing...the sweet path to the beach was magical!! Thank you!

Nice quiet ocean view, rental was clean and beds and furniture were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with nice dshes, and pots and pans, glasses. Disappointed that the elevator didn't work but maybe the next time.

Lovely stay

We have stayed at this location once before and adore the home. Great views of the beach and ample space for 4 adults. The stairs to the beach are steep for those with mobility issues but there is a bench halfway down to rest. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the house is clean. Would recommend to friends and family!

Perfect Getaway!

This has been by far our favorite property! The location is amazing - close to Kyllo's, direct beach access, wonderful views. The house is well decorated, equipped and comfortable! Perhaps for 4-6 people! We want to go back!

Enjoyed our stay. Loved the views and access to the beach. The elevator and main floor master were great for my 80+ year old Mother. The main criticism was the lack of blankets and bedding.

A place we will come back

The view is stunning. We have a 7 month old, primary room is spacious enough for us to fit a portable crib next to bed. Open living and dinning area allows view from every angle. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Location Can't Be Beat

Awesome house, better location! We loved the beach access and the ability to watch the waves and people from the home. The elevator is a plus for aging family members who have a hard time with stairs. I enjoyed the stainless steel extras...the outdoor bar, railing decor, and the lighthouses on the gate and hose.

Comfortable Home, Great Views, Easy Beach Access

This home offered a perfect combination of being comfortable, offering great views, and affording immediate beach access. It was a great place to bring our dogs. The property was as described. It would be helpful to include instructions on the TV set up and information on local restaurants, etc. Not a bad thing but be aware there were no spices or any other supplies that are often found in rentals. Again, not a bad thing, just be aware.

Beautiful Home!

We loved our stay at this home. It was so beautiful and the views were amazing! The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment to make a great meal. Beach access is right there and it was so great to walk down the stairs to be on the beach. The house was very clean and everything looked great when we arrived. We will definitely be back. On a side note, the metal work throughout the house is amazing! Thanks for making our first stay in Lincoln City so great!

SISTER TRIP

THE HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL AND IN A PERFECT LOCATION. THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN COMMENT ON IS THAT ONE OF THE BIG REASONS WE RENTED THIS HOME WAS ACCESS TO THE ELEVATOR. WE COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK AND I DID CONTACT SOMEONE THEY JUST SAID IT WAS COMPLICATED TO WORK. WE TRIED EVERYTHING BUT WERE UNABLE TO USE. OTHER THAN THAT WOULD CERTAINLY RENT YOUR HOME AGAIN.

Beautiful Views, Beautiful House!!

I would stay at this location in Lincoln City in a heartbeat!! Very well kept up house with all the amenities you would need, plenty of space for kids, friends, etc, and what a great view up on the bluff overlooking the ocean!! And it was only a minute to walk down the stairs to the beach. We initially stayed for 5 days/4 nights, but decided to try and extend a few more days. They were more than accommodating in letting us add two more days to our stay. We absolutely loved it there and will be back again next year.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

This property exceeded expectations. The view was superb and could be seen from many areas of the house. The direct access to the beach was a plus. The stairs a little steep but manageable. The elevator was a plus and the garage was big enough for two large cars. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The dining table overlooking the beach was a fabulous way to end and start the day. The beds were comfortable and there were 3 bathrooms which was more than enough. Clear checkin and check out directions which made it super easy and less stressful. Would definitely recommend!
