Nice location to town. Wish it were not overlooking the athletic club. The place needs sprucing up - not exactly as pictured - needs paint, stairs to loft definitely needs a rail(s) and has some loose steps. Thought there was a washer dryer and could not find it. Well-appointed kitchen. Comfy king bed. The deck needs to be sanded and stained - very rustic. The filter was off the AC and laying on the deck. The TV needs step by step directions on connecting. VERY FRUSTRATING. Glad we stayed there but for the price needs some TLC.

Poorly maintained unit
Is it just us or is check-in time getting to be a bit ridiculous? 5pm seems so late, and when we arrived the cleaning staff were still finishing up so we didn’t end up getting to come in until 5:20. We visited during 4th of July weekend, so it is understandable that they’d be busy, but a five o’clock check-in when your kids go to sleep at 8:00 is kind of a bummer.
The kids and I ended up having a nice vacation despite some of the obstacles we encountered. The unit we stayed in left a lot to be desired due to it being poorly maintained and not well-equipped for renters. With that being said, the property/resort itself had good customer service and we appreciated their help a lot.
The evening we arrived happened to have a pretty heavy thunderstorm which was no big deal though the window in the upstairs loft was leaking through the upper rim and dripping onto the window sill and carpet. The deluge was short-loved so I was able to mop up with a towel without much of a hassle. It was stuffy inside as the unit does not have central a/c, however there were two large standing units—one on each floor which helped to cool things off.
We tripped a breaker while using a hairdryer upstairs and had to get maintenance to come flip the breaker since we didn’t know where it was. They were very quick to come out.
The gas fireplace wasn’t functioning properly and the unit smelled like gas. The pilot light also made the glass on the fireplace pretty warm to the touch which isn’t the greatest with younger kids afoot. Maintenance fixed this issue promptly as well, so we really appreciated the responsiveness with maintenance issues.
The bedding and pillows were pretty paltry. The mattress upstairs & most pillows were lumpy.
The dishwasher did not come with any detergent so I used it as a drying rack since there were no kitchen towels supplied.
The stove was filthy and the kitchen is not set up to make more than the most basic of meals.
Unfortunately, the pool pump was not operational during our stay so we were unable to use the pool or hot tub at all. There were no pool technicians available to come out and help over a holiday weekend to fix the issue. Luckily, the resort has an agreement with The Athletic Club of Bend that allows guests access to the facilities including a nice indoor and outdoor pool. This saved the trip for us!
All in all, we would consider trying the property again, but would select a more updated unit.

The condo was very easy to access and was clean. However the heater is so loud that we were unable to sleep due to the clanging noises that occurred all night long. They were so disruptive and we could not get rid of them.

Difficulty finding unit in the complex. Pull out couch needs upgrading. Very difficult to find checkout process on the web interface, could not find it. But exactly what we were looking for otherwise. Thank you!
The unit was clean and we appreciated the bunk beds since the grands slept over a couple of nights. There were a few annoyances (limited number of cups, bedside lamp didn’t plug in, burned out lightbulb, TV cable was unreliable, bunk bed blocked access to dresser) but overall it was comfortable and cozy for our short trip. We will book this again.
The unit is a little smaller and worn than the pictures show, but still a great value and the location is great. One thing to be aware of is there is no in-unit laundry, it is in a nearby building and make sure you have quarters.
The condo was the perfect little size and location. The folks at the front desk were super friendly. We cooked some meals from kitchen and they had a decent amount of cooking supplies.
The heat comes on really strong so if you like a warm spot this is it.
Thank you!!
We needed a place for a quick couple night stay in Bend to visit family, and this fit the bill perfectly. Clean, roomy, and great location.
