Professionally decorated top floor beachfront condo offers gorgeous beach and ocean views whether you are sitting on the deck, or in the living room or resting in the bedroom.

The living area includes a beautiful sofa with oversized pillows and ottoman, a chair, an electric fire place, a flat screen TV with surround sound, a desk/work area and dining area. There is a full service kitchen with GE Profile stainless steel appliances, a personal size Keurig and a Bosch stackable washer and dryer.

The beautifully tiled bathroom includes multi body massage shower heads, a heated towel rack, and oversize vanity and mirror. The private bedroom includes a queen size Vera Wang pillow top mattress and a flat screen TV.

Additional amenities include beautiful hardwood floors, central air, two ceiling fans, DVD, WiFi, surround sound capability for your iPhone play lists, a Weber electric grill, secure entrance / lobby, elevator and luggage cart to offload / load personal items.

Oceanfront & Convenient

We were in desperate need of rest and relaxation this year and we got all of that and more at this condo with a view of the ocean. Beautifully decorated but with conveniences of home. Very quiet residential location on the Boardwalk, but just a short walk to Boardwalk shops and eateries, the OCEAN and Asbury Shopping District.

This was my second year to stay in this unit in Cape House. I love staying here. The condo is super clean, well decorated, perfect beach front location. I also love that the beach entrance is just outside the building. It’s about a 60 second walk from your beach chair back to the condo which is great for quick snack and water breaks during the day. Melissa is always responsive and great with communication. I plan to make this an annual trip and can’t wait to go back next year!

The location was perfect, easy to access, the owner is very easy to communicate with. The condo is beautifully decorated and cozy. We would love to stay there again when we come back to Jersey.

Perfect Honeymoon!

My husband and I booked the Cape House for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Melissa was so kind and attentive during the booking process and always quick to respond. She even left us a surprise gift upon arrival! The condo is gorgeous and so tastefully decorated - the bathroom and kitchen are truly luxurious. The location can't be beat with an ocean front view and we enjoyed dinner on the deck almost every night. Melissa has everything you would need on hand for a nice long stay - cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. The condo is just far enough from the boardwalk shops that it's wonderfully peaceful but still close enough to walk to all the sights. We will certainly be back!

Excellent Stay

The perfect get away condo. Wonderful view, recently updated and exceptionally clean. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend it to the most particular of friends. Melissa was super responsive to any questions. The entrance to the beach is just outside the building and an umbrella guy is just a few step onto the beach. Could not be easier! I am looking forward to going back next year!

Awesome view

Perfect location for our couple's getaway. This was our first trip to Ocean City and we could not have been more impressed with the condo and the amazing location. We enjoyed spending time on the deck watching the ocean. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. My husband and I would definitely return to this condo.

Beautiful ocean front condo!

This condo is a breath of fresh air. So nicely decorated and welcoming. Perfect location for beach lovers, or people who love looking at the beach. Just steps away from the boardwalk and quiet enough for a relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this property for a great Ocean City experience !

attractive cozy condo with nice ocean view

This was a perfect place for our weekend at the shore. The condo is small, but has everything you need for a couple's getaway, including deck with a view of the ocean at the quieter end of OC boardwalk, kitchenette, fireplace and grill, and only steps from the beach! The owner provided a supply of coffee and tea for the Keurig machine which was also a nice touch. Close to Boyar's Market for groceries. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. We would happily stay again.
