About this property
Hilltop Barn - Comfortable barn with views, walks, bush and wildlife.
A converted barn secluded high on 30 hectares with views along the Tamar Valley, surrounded by trees and light bush. The property normally sleeps 4, there are 2 bedrooms, queen and double, but there is a double sofa bed in the recreation area if required. Each bedroom sleeps 2 plus 2 on the sofabed. Please indicate at booking time how many beds are required.
The kitchen has a gas cooktop and 8 function electric oven, as well as an electric kettle and toaster. There is electric heating as well as a wood fire for the colder weather.
The barn is fully double glazed and well insulated.
There is lots of outdoor space, with a fenced yard, and other viewpoints a short walk South from the barn.
The 30 hectare block (80 acres) has 3 hectares of olives, plenty of bush, with varying vegetation and lots of wildlife and birds.
The property is well placed for attractions in the Tamar Valley, and there are cafes at Hillwood foreshore or the Berry Farm, a short drive North, with a hotel (pub) and service station a few kilometres to the North as well.
