It offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a living room with dining area, and spectacular views over the Marina and beyond.

Features : a wide screen 50" flat screen TV with international channels and Fiber Optics high speed internet, a terrace with outside furniture and unobstructed views to the Mediterranean sea, the Marina and the yachts ; a kitchen with brand new state of the art appliances and cabinetry;  an Nespresso machine, and everything that you need at home away from home.

The top floor also features the master suite with a plush king size bed and views over the marina. On the ground ; floor are two other bedrooms with their own bathrooms, one also features a king size bed, the other to twin beds. There is a gated private garage with an elevator with direct access to your apartment.

Great apartment close to the lovely harbour of Sotogrande. Sotogrande is the best place to stay at Costa del Sol if you want quietness and relaxing days.

Family visit to attend wedding in the area.

The property is very comfortable and well equipped. Views of marina are lovely. The only comment I would make is that the pillows need to be improved.

Short golf trip

Great few days staying in what was an excellent appartment. Very spacious, very clean and marvellous views over the marina - with an added bonus of a birds nest with 6 chicks in the vines. Good communication and thoroughly recommend.

Week away in Soto to do boat licences and stayed in this 6 star front line property in a gated area of the marina. The views and photos in the listing are totally accurate. Location, apartment etc all utterly perfect. Silvain really helpful property manager - thanks ! Only one suggestion : The cupboards etc are cleaned out after each stay, so you need to stock up on all basics upon arrival. Other places we've stayed have left basics in cupboards so there is a guest "give and take" approach, which really is helpful for guests.

There is a multitude of great restaurants bars and boutiques on the port. 2 minutes drive away is the picturesque village of Torreguadiaro with very typical Andalusian restaurants and beach bars. Gibraltar, Tarifa, the beautiful white washed, sundrenched perched villages of the Costa de La Luz also make for beautiful excursions.

Sotogrande is home to one of Spain’s most famous polo clubs, five golf courses, all of which rank among the best in the country, two shopping centres and a range of other amenities. Sotogrande prides itself on its tranquility and privacy and discretion are absolute among residents and holidaymakers here.
