Lalapanzi- Agnes Water oceanfront hideaway set up for families, their pets and boats, sleeping up to 11 guests ( maximum of 8 Adults'). Amazing, absolute beachfront property - Huge secure yard for boats plus fish clean table, fully air conditioned, pet friendly.

Amazing, absolute beachfront property now available for holidays! Fully Air Conditioned, Huge yard for boats plus fish cleaning facility, large deck, pet friendly and 3 TV's. Lalapanzi is the perfect peaceful place to relax and unwind whilst listening to the tranquil sound of the waves and birds on your doorstep.
This well appointed and spacious modern property offers the very best in holiday letting with absolute beachfront. A short wander off the deck, through the garden and down the sand track will bring you onto beautiful Agnes Water beach. Only a few kilometers' drive will bring you into Agnes Water shopping precedent, cafes/restaurants. A three kilometer drive will take you to the Town of 1770 and its marina/boat ramp.

Lalapanzi has four spacious, fully air conditioned bedrooms comprising of two queen beds, three single beds, two bunk beds and sleeping eleven (11) people in total.
The main bedroom has an generous ensuite with spacious shower, huge walk in robe and TV/ DVD.
The second bedroom also has a TV/DVD plus built in robe.
The main bathroom includes a bath and shower.

The well appointed lounge and dining area has air conditioning, large dining table, comfortable lounges and a plasma TV and Blue Ray.
A modern, fully self contained kitchen with 2 large fridge / freezers with chilled water / ice dispenser and dishwasher will make entertaining a breeze with the living area opening out to the spacious deck which is complemented with an outdoor setting and barbecue for those sunny beach days relaxing with family and friends or relaxing afternoon drinks listening to the surf.
The Huge front yard with double car port is fenced and gated making it pet friendly and secure to park at least 3 - 4 large boats.
The back yard and deck area with ocean glimpses is fully fenced and leads straight onto the beautiful Agnes Beach or Dune top through 2 gates and pathways

Linen is supplied - just bring the beach towels.

Check in was a breeze with excellent instructions and directions to property. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We could hear the waves at night and saw more stars than we see at home, much nicer than being in a unit and surrounding properties were quiet. Wish we had booked for longer and hope to return soon.

True beach house

This property is what you imagine when you think of a beach house. Located only meters from the beach with direct access and access to a dune top to enjoy sunrise and sunset which we need most days. Yard is massive at the front and plenty of fenced room at the back as well. The house itself is furnished with comfortable furniture and the layout was very family friendly for children 2 and above. Only thing to note was no WiFi and phone service is very low in that location depending on provider.

Great Beach House at Agnes Water

The House was great and only a short walk over the sand dune to the beach. Pet friendly, it's fully fenched and secure if you have a dog or two that you like to take on holiday with you.

Home sweet home

A terrific house, everyone loved it and felt at home right away. Which was good, as we had a few days of rain. But 3 tvs and multiple places for adults and kids to spread out made it easy. Kitchen and cooking facilities are first rate. Perfect base for Agnes/1770, you can walk into Agnes along the beach if you’re keen enough. We will be back!

Lalapanzi - WOW we loved it so much we just kept coming back!!!!. Our two families have stayed at this great beach front holiday house 3 years running and have wanted to buy it from the day we set foot in the front door (and out the back to the beach). Whether you're a family (young or old) or fisherman and especially if you're both or even if you just need a quite relaxing getaway - Lalapanzi is the bomb, perfect location, well laid out, easy access - AND no reversing the boat. Everyone who stays or visits loves it. Morning beach swims are literally a 1 minute walk away, relaxing afternoon drinks on the back deck every day and the drive in, drive out boat parking is fantastic. The carport for fish cleaning and storing the boat and car under cover and plenty of hoses top it off. We'll definitely be back now." The Lockwood and Christensen Families

Fantastic family home and location

We had 7 to 70 year olds in our family group for a week at Lalapanzi and everyone loved it. Huge yard was great for kids and the dog to play around in. The back deck is a great hang out with the sound of the ocean making it a perfect place to relax in the afternoon. Really well appointed house, the kitchen and laundry are both well equipped. We can't wait to come back! Would highly recommend.

A Relaxing and Fantastic Week

Lalapanzi is a beautiful location. The kids say they loved the beach so near to the house. The beach house was very comfortable, neat and well appointed. It had every thing we needed, including a lovely large living area. If we were not on the beach we spent a lot of time on the large deck relaxing, including listen to the numerous birds and the ocean waves. All members of the two families thoroughly enjoyed the week. We will be coming back to Lalapanzi. We noticed in the guest book that all the other previous guests reviewed Lalapanzi positively as well.
