Nestled along the serene coastline of Mangawhai Heads, this upscale beach home offers panoramic ocean views, lovingly curated interiors featuring modern decor and floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The generous living spaces and outdoor lounges create a haven for relaxation and enjoyment.

A two minute stroll and your toes are in the sand at either the Surf Beach or Estuary. Enjoy a Barbecue on the deck after a day at the beach watching the waves break and the colours change in the sky over the sand dunes unique to this magical place.

The entry level of the home boasts 3 bedrooms; two with Queen beds, the third is a children’s room with bunk beds and a cot, a comfortable living room with a 65” Smart TV, kitchenette and dining space, indoor laundry and bathroom. Upstairs you will find the Master bedroom with en suite, well appointed kitchen and main dining area, as well as the warm and inviting living room which flows onto the outdoor dining and lounge area. Heat Pump’s on both levels, ensure year round comfort, while heated tile floors in both bathrooms provide a touch of luxury and warmth.

There is a portacot, highchair and baby bath for those with little ones.

NOTES:

1. There is parking for 2 cars beside the house (3 at a push with one across the front of the garage) and it is not suitable for trailers or boats.

2. The maximum number of adults the house accommodates is 6, the bunks are for children only.

LINEN: For this property all linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included as part of the Cleaning Fee. Just bring your beach towels

Mangawhai is the perfect summer holiday destination or coastal retreat. The clear waters of the estuary provide safe family swimming, and the secluded white sand beaches of Te Arai and Pakiri are a short drive away.

Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
