Our Venice Villas beach condo is a cozy studio unit on the first floor. Recently updated we are ready to book your beach get-away. This complex is situated on the Gulf of Mexico with private beach access, an Olympic size pool, parking in front of your unit and nestled on the desirable Venice Island. You can walk to the pier, Sharkey's and Fins restaurants, bike or drive to the nearby restaurants and bars. Enjoy kayaking, biking, hiking, shark tooth hunting, shelling and bird watching all within minutes from the condo. Or just step out to the beach and enjoy a day in the sun.

Great viait

Place was as pictures provided. Place was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was in the middle of everything. Downtown walkway, pier, and couple beaches. Place was relaxing and big enough to enjoy the getaway.

I am an avid traveler who enjoys beaches, surf and sand. I like walking the beach with my dogs (I have several), biking, kayaking and photographing wildlife in the area. I also enjoy a nice glass of bubbly while watching the sunset.
I have owned/managed vacation rental properties since 1999, in Lake Tahoe, Destin FL, Atlanta GA, Dominican Republic and Venice FL.
