Our kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all of your family's favorite meals and snacks - the only thing missing is you! Stock up on groceries at the local grocery Blue Marlin!
We're sure you won't be inside very much when there is so much to do outside - but we've equipped our living room with comfy chairs and room to relax just in case you want to spend some time binging on your favorite shows or catching up on emails.

Great building and unit

The balcony has a great upper level direct view of the ocean. The location is perfect. This unit is a little older than some of the other units and has carpet, but it is very clean and we'd stay there again.

Great Condo

During our time there we enjoyed the amazing view on the 9th floor. While we were there we went deep sea fishing, hunting for crab on the beach, explored all the candy stores and hung out together as a family. The pictures on vrbo need to be updated. The condo is way nicer in person than the pics with the new couch and dining table. We really enjoyed our stay and will be hopefully booking here again in the future.

Ocean vista 902

Great overall experience at this location. The condo was extremely clean and had a pleasant fragrance upon entering. Some of the furniture has been updated (not shown in VRBO). All the issues that other reviewers had previous complained about have been mitigated. My only gripe was the limited parking because the covered garage is under construction. Beautiful view!

Thanksgiving family time

We had a wonderful time in the condo. Only negative was the construction in the condo above ours the whole week. Due to rainy weather on Thanksgiving and Friday we were stuck inside and had to listen to a wood/tile saw the entire day.

Property need refreshed.

The glass shelves were covered in dust. and other surfaces seemed smeared ( coffee table) The refridgerator looked like it needed wiped out. Bathroom faucet handle in master bath left sink needed a good scrubbing. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the view.

Location Is Everything

The condo was gorgeous! I loved the upgrades of the carpet, couch and dinning room table. Easy access to the beach and property maintenance and security was on point. Only down falls, were master shower was very small and on day two of our stay the water was randomly shut off. There was no communication as to why until I wslked down to the property managers office and asked. There was a busted piped 5 floors below us so the water to the entire building was shut off. Water was off several hours before finally being turned back on, and communication to the visitors regarding it was not very well. Other than that, we enjoyed our mini vacation.

The furniture was worn out years ago, the master shower was tiny and the guest bath the water drained very slowly. People we renovating above us and we heard pounding and noises all the time.

Very poor service

There was no water for approx. 8 hours during our stay. They say the laster bedroom has view to beach but the shutter never opened so never enjoyed that view. We raised concerns with the responsible party that is the Padre Island rentals but they never got back to us. We kept calling them both for water and help with the shutter but they completely ignored us. I would request a refund for the day when there was no water. It was very very inconvenient. We could not even use restrooms.

Nice place…needs a little work

The property was pretty much as advertised however there were aspects of it that detracted from the overall enjoyment. The view of the beach was spectacular but the condo itself felt dated and in need of work. Furnishings were ok but felt worn out. There were several things that just didn’t work; the blinds on the windows that faced the beach in both the living area and master bedroom would not open or close - maintenance came and got them to close somewhat but we couldn’t control them at all while we stayed there; there were no instructions on how to operate the televisions and we had to get maintenance to come in and get them working, however, the one in the Master bedroom never worked. The master bath area felt very dated, especially the shower and toilet area which was very dark and we couldn’t get the light that seemed to be associated with the fan in there to work at all. Enjoyed the area and the time with family (who stayed elsewhere) but would not rent this particular condo again.

Great location

The complex we stayed in was great. A really good location and right on the beach with a beautiful beach view from the 9th floor. The unit itself was very dated. Very old furniture. Carpet on the floor. The kitchen had the basics but not super well stocked. The sliding doors to the balcony are very old and are very hard to open and close. They don’t insulate well and the master bedroom was warm. There was a ceiling fan I had to use to keep it cool but it was a bit noisy while sleeping. Maintenance was very responsive when we had one small issue but PI Rentals really didn’t know much about the unit. Told us we needed to park anywhere but the covered area but there is actually a covered spot for that unit we later found out. They also told us we could use the umbrella and chairs set up by the beach but we actually couldn’t. Only left us with one hand towel per bathroom. Not really enough. If someone put some money into this unit, it could be spectacular.

Great visit

This property is perfectly located on the beach with great views from this ninth floor condo. While the condo decor was a little dated, (it did not bother us in the least) it was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. Check-in/out was easy and management was very friendly. Everything worked so no complaints at all.

We had a wonderful stay at this great condo for our beach getaway in January 2020! Beautiful sunrises from the nice balcony on this 9th floor condo! Loved the easy access to the beach! Also enjoyed the complex hot tub!
