Guest Access:
All Tiki Condos overseen by La Copa Vacations feature digital keypad locks. After you've submitted all necessary paperwork and settled your fees, you'll receive an email from La Copa Vacations. This email will include detailed entry instructions and a unique code to access your condo, which will expire at 11am on your departure date.

The Tiki Condominiums, right next to Bar Louie and Beach Bar at Courtyard by Marriott, are a gateway to South Padre Island’s finest, including Barry’s Bistro and On the Border Tex-Mex Cantina & Bar.
