Great little place literally on the beach. Clean, nice pool, 2 minute walk to the beach, you are literally located in the public beach parking lot. Right behind Frenchy's on the beach. Within walking distance to many restaurants/bars/shopping.

This rental is in a great location and had everything we needed, but for the price, still needs major updates. There was water damage in the bathroom, a mattress that sagged in the middle, and insufficient lighting in the main room. Decorations and furniture are quite dated and many finishes (handles, etc.) have a lot of wear and tear and should be replaced.

We loved our suite. We went on vacation 2 adults and 3 kids ages 12-16. The little Suite worked great, no issues. Very safe environment and the perfect location!! Will rent again!!!

Clearwater Beach Suites 204

The location was perfect. We were at the beach in a matter of just a few minutes. The site itself was clean. The room was spacious. The only negative was that the tv in the spare bedroom area didn't connect to the WIFI or the controller. Overall this was a great place to stay for my son's senior spring break.

Had a wonderful stay

The condo itself was perfect for us. Clean , roomy enough for 2 loved the little side room .I wish it had a balcony but otherwise it was close to everything and it was clean. My only suggestion would be to paint the entryway and steps that area looked run down, pool area was clean and inviting.

Great stay

The unit was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and nicely updated. The only negative is the water pressure in the shower is very hard and made a shower painful. Everything else great!
