Fabulous home right on the ocean. We enjoyed a two night family weekend away and would have loved to stay longer. The home was well presented. The location is a little out of town so make sure you have a car.

Fabulous views from a cosy house

Villa 9 was the perfect spot to get away from Melbourne and relax. The accommodation was generous and comfortable. Preparing meals in the kitchen was great and the views of the ocean were magic. We loved waking up to the crashing waves each morning.

The house was very good for our family. How ever we had to we had we had to contact the agent for key code as we did not receive email as advised.also on arrival the main flyscreen was blowing in the breeze.we had dirty dishes ,! We ran out of toilet paper also dishwasher tablets , the outside power point does not work .the lock fell off the toilet door but we did enjoy our tks

Fantastic mini break. Amazing views of the ocean with a once in fifty year high tide.

This would have to be one of the best places to stay in Port Fairy. The property was beautifully presented. Clean and inviting from the moment you stepped through the front door and saw the view. An easy half hour walk along the beach and parkland to the shops. We all wanted to stay longer and enjoy this lovely property. Top of our list for a return visit.

Super easy booking, clear directions for key & property, very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again, The villa fronts the Southern Ocean and the views and beach access are second to none. The location is 100% stunning. We had a large family group for Christmas and would have loved to stay longer. Recommend!

Amazing views but the property needs an upgrade

Hi, We stayed recently at Hearns Villa 9, 3 families. Pro’s: The house views are amazing, they are expansive and it’s on a corner so you get views all around. The property manager is also very responsive - we had an issue with no water and the fire stopped working and they sent someone within 20 minutes. Con’s: Overall the property feels old and needs an upgrade. The furniture is old, the rooms and carpet are very dated and the second bathroom is very dark with no ventilation. We also found the windows had not been cleaned (flies stuck etc) on the inside and the overall cleanliness was not up to scratch (cobwebs in places that suggested poor vacuuming and mopping). Overall, it was a comfortable stay but I wouldn’t classify the property as luxury.

Stunning location

We have stayed here before ... and we will stay again! If you love the beauty and power of mother nature, then this is the place for you. We stayed here for 2 nights, travelling to Portland each day for an event (about an hours drive) and wouldn't have stayed anywhere else. Loved the quiet and being out of the town centre. Rooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. Looking forward to coming back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in apartment 9 at Hearn's beachside villas Port Fairy. A spacious 3 bedroom apartment with good facility's. Wonderful views of the surf and rocks, we enjoyed watching the surfers and sea birds.
