Welcome to Sea Coast Gardens 3 #304 "Leisure Landing"! Enjoy beautiful direct oceanfront views from the private 3rd floor balcony! This renovated 2/2 condo sleeps 6 with a King in the Master Bedroom, two twin beds in the Guest Bedroom, and a comfy sleeper sofa in the Living Room. TVs are provided in both bedrooms as well as the Living Room.

Great spot

We loved our stay! The unit was very very clean. The seawall is still under construction, so you have to go next-door to get down to the beach, but we did not mind.

Gorgeous condo with ocean views

We enjoyed our beautiful condo and watched the birds and dolphins at sunrise from the balcony. There is construction at the condo complex however it did not impact our stay at all. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay at the ocean. Highly recommend staying for a great family vacation!

Family get -a way!

We appreciated all the 'extra's' that made our stay more enjoyable. Such as: beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels, all the kitchen accessories and gadgets. Laundry was close by.

Great Condo

We had a great stay. The condo is in good condition and well furnished. View is excellent. The parking is a challenge if you have more than one car. The master bed should be replaced.

Quick trip with friends

We had an amazing stay, beautiful views and well stocked kitchen and arrival bag. It looks like they have a least another month to go on the seawall construction. It’s inconvenient for taking things to the beach and crossing through pool area but that inconvenience will be gone once construction is finished. Had a great visit hope to return.

Beach fun

Really enjoyed our stay. The property has two large swimming pools which was nice. We were there over the July 4th week. Everything went great, but during the holiday week you are limited to only one parking space with no off-location parking available for a second vehicle, so for a group requiring multiple vehicles, this may not be for you. Maybe it’s different during a non-holiday stay.

A fantastic ocean front property

We had a, relaxing stay at this ocean front condo, New Smyrna Beach, FL. Very clean, very comfortable. The best part was having our morning tea - coffee on the balcony watching the morning light and seeing the sunrise. Florida Vacay was the management company and their service was excellent. Sweet condo looking at the ocean

Great spot...super vacation even after we had to evacuate for a few days. TV was a bit challenging for my inlaws but was a great month.

Lovely Condo

The condo has a wonderful oceanfront view of the ocean. It was very neat and clean and had a nice kitchen which had everything we needed. There is some outdoor maintenance being done, but it really wasn’t a problem. We enjoyed our stay here.

Incredible condo on the No-Drive beach

Other family members who have stayed in this condo told us it was great and it was. It had everything we needed and was super clean and comfortable. The balcony view of the Atlantic is spectacular. One of the best things about it is, it's on the No Driving part of the beach. It was Memorial Day weekend and friends down the beach were constantly worried about their kids running in front of cars. That is not a problem at this condo. It's a safer and less crowded part of the beach. The restaurants in New Smyrna Beach were terrific by any standards. We ate most meals out and don't have any complaints. The Third Wave was particularly good. We wholeheartedly recommend this condo and have already reserved our stay for later this summer.

One big complant

Really nice condo with a great view, we had a great time until our last day. They had 4 men in our condo laying cable in every room for over 4 hours. We had to take all the linen out of the closet and all our clothes out of the bedroom closet. It ruined our last day.
