Davis Lake Condo Close to Sanibel Island ~ Convenient 1st Floor Unit!
Very clean and updated condo in Davis Lake Resort Community. Great community with great amenities. Condo has granite countertops and new flat screen TV. Located just a few miles from the causeway to Sanibel Island, this is an excellent location. Also, this is a very convenient 1st floor unit with parking directly outside of your door.
Great location for restaurants, groceries, shopping and all of the other great things in Southwest Florida. Lanai gives great view to private lake. Golf course across the street. Easy access to beaches on Sanibel/Captiva or Fort Myers. Hard to find a better landscapes grounds than Davis Lake. Complex offers access to bike paths, close to outlet malls and other shopping. If you have not stayed at Davis Lake you will not be disappointed. Get your time booked now and why not be in Florida?

This condo is in a great location in Fort Myers and the added bonus is the active, enjoyable condo community. The hosts are welcoming and accommodating. Definitely would recommend to others as long as they do not rent when we want to be there again! :)
