The lake views are unbeatable at this location-- perfect for swimming, boating, kayaking, etc. We had a great experience with maintenance-- our ice maker was broken and they came very quickly and dropped off bags of ice for us. The house itself is in need of updating and left a lot to be desired. Bathrooms are in desperate need of an update. The pocket doors on several rooms were not functional. The kitchen is very small, not easy to cook for large groups. We had a group of 8 adults (with two staying in the guest house) and that was pushing the limits of what was comfortable in the house to cook and relax in the evenings. We did love the large dining table.Overall, the house could benefit from more seating both on the deck and in the living room. Also there is no path down to the dock, so you have to walk across the grass-- this proved challenging for the elderly in our group.

Perfect Place For Family Weekend

Great location

Property was beautiful and the location was great. Definitely recommend for families. We did have a couple of issues with the boat we rented from Stay at Lake Norman, however they did their best to rectify the situation.
