I was looking for a tranquil place for a weekend escape and this place does not disappoint! This Rustic lodge on the banks of the Susquehanna River was clean,comfortable and reasonably priced. Pam the host responded quickly to any of my questions and looking forward to visiting again.

Pam was a wonderful host, she even, let us arrive earlier than our check in time. We enjoyed our week at the River House, spent a lot of time outside on the porch/deckplaying games, reading and just relaxing by the river. Very nice place to stay, nice bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and a nice long table in the dining room. Thanks again for everything and I'm sure we will be back! Elaine

Our Host was absolutely amazing. The house was beautiful and extremely clean and had most household items that you would need for a family vacation. My family made beautiful memories at the house on the river and we plan to come back again soon.
