Welcome to beautiful Villa Lazy Lagoon. This is a Gulf access waterfront property situated in SE Cape Coral close to Veterans Memorial Bridge and most major shopping areas. A 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house with 2 car garage which is modern contemporary furnished. This home is a wonderful getaway for Families and Business trips. You can relax in the living room with the large HDTV to watch whatever game it is you like, or open the patio sliders and enjoy a breeze on the electric heated pool deck equipped with a gas powered grill. Entertaining at this beauty will leave your guests in awe. A nicely updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances will help bring out the Chef in you. Have breakfast inside on the dining table that seats 6, or enjoy your morning coffee on the Patio while enjoying the water view. The master bedroom consists of a King sized bed and a large screen TV with HD Cable programming. The guest bedrooms both feature queen sized beds and both have TV's with HD Cable programming. The Master bathroom consists of upgraded counters and cabinets, walk in shower and His and Her Sinks. The guest bathroom is shared between the other bedrooms and has direct access to the pool area. This bathroom features a Tub/Shower Combo. High Speed Wireless Internet is available to all guests with password protected surfing and homeowner has ALEXA in the house for you to use.

Clean house with updated amenities and quick responses from management team. I believe his name was Marcus but whoever stopped by for assistance was very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend!
This house is in a great location, with sunsets visible from the dock. It’s close to many good restaurants. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the bed was comfortable. We loved the covered lanai seating and being able to use the garage. When the slightest issue came up, management responded quickly. For example, there was a brief power outage in the neighborhood and the controls had to be re-started. Note…there is now a Blackstone instead of a gas grill.

Rental site problems made worse by the Property Manager
The property itself is very nice, although in a somewhat sketchy area (for example, the house across the street appears to be operating an auto repair shop every night).During our stay we had issues with a faulty shade in the living room, a leaky toilet, a major sewer blockage and a faulty umbrella near the pool. Issues do come up periodically, but this seemed excessive. The worst experience, however, by far, was the interaction with Phillip at the Property Manager. Phillip apparently believes that his job is to tell the renter that we are wrong to be concerned with these issues and their slow response, especially with the major sewer blockage.Do not rent from Property Manager MHB Property Management.

Unfortunately we would not rent to this guest again. Guest stated floors were dirty after 2 weeks of staying at the property and blaming the cleaners even when we have a quality control check set up after every cleaning of our properties which will send cleaners back if any issues found. The guest also brought in a dog without prior authorization which could have resulted in a breach of contract. We were kind enough to not force such an action. Secondly this guest by his own admission over extended a large living room blind causing it to unroll and break. Luckily it was warranty repaired. The same situation happened with the pool deck umbrella which was also over extended by the guest. The drainage issue was resolved in a timely manner and was due to build up over several guests. It was however found that this guest flushed napkins and paper towels that do not degrade down the toilet which in turn made the clog fully appear. We would definitely not rent to this guest again as their reality and ours are far apart. Our cleanliness feedback for all properties is evidence of that. Our response rate is almost instant due to a messaging system we implement for ALL guests that makes us available 24/7.
Das war hat uns in letzter Minute gerettet, da unser ursprüngliches Ferienhaus nicht mehr verfügbar war. Wir haben noch nie ein so vollständig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gehabt. Von der Anzahl der Handtücher bis hin zu einer großen Gewürzpalette in der Küche war alles da. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen gern wieder.

This is a great place. Great Location & Great Amenities. Everything was as it was stated in the listing. Management was great to work with from check-in to check-out. I would recommend this place to everyone.
The property was even better than we anticipated. The property manager did a great job of meeting our needs. Highly recommend this rental home and Michelle.
This house was the right size for my family and small dog. The pool was nice and pleasantly warm as the weather was a bit chilly at the beginning of our trip. The house was clean and nicely laid out with the primary bedroom on the opposite side of home from other bedrooms. Being able to park in the garage was a plus.
The property was beautifully landscaped and tropical. The pool and lanai were very nice and relaxing. The location is very close to DelPrado which was convenient for shopping.
