Room was clean and we had everything we needed. It was a last minute rental for a basketball tournament. The view from the hot tub was great. Access to the beach was easy.The VRBO search changed my number of people from 4 to 2 somehow. The rental was listed as sleeps 4, so it worked out okay. However, it seemed to confuse the host. The hosts were accommodating to this, but just wanted to mention this because all hosts may not be accommodating.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The owners where quick to respond and very friendly. We loved the proximity to all the stores and beautiful beaches! Overall a great experience and place to stay, we will be back!

Panama City Weekend Vacation

5 stars on all categories. Good location for easy access to beach, restaurants, starbucks, beach and souvenir shops. Very nice building, room and pool. I would recommend to anyone else looking for a good place to stay.

Short walk to beach

Our host made us comfortable as soon as we were introduced, he was very attentive and made sure all of our needs were satisfied before turning over our suite. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and out was easy. The beach is a short walk, reastraunts and attractions all close. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome place

The owners were absolutely one of the best ones I have dealt with when renting VRBO. They knew I was celebrating my birthday and left me a gift card and bottle of champagne. The studio was spotless. We will definitely stay again next time we are back in Panama City Beach area.

Outstanding hospitality!!

This is the most gracious house we’ve ever had. We stayed in a lot of places and never have we had such a welcoming arrival. While we were there, I sit in the chair and accidentally broke it. I hope to God that we can go back.!!
