We had a great time, and loved the villa where we stayed. It was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Telie was responsive and helpful during our trip! A great place to stay for families with plenty to do in and around Palmetto Dunes.

Great Location and Stay on Hilton Head

Lovely spot, perfect for what we needed

This villa was lovely -- so much space in the living area, beautiful kitchen, big dining table, and spacious bedrooms. Perfect for our stay with two teens for a family get together. Host was super helpful and gave us tips to help with our stay. Quiet area, well appointed. Would stay here again for sure.

Great family vacation

This property is great for a family- walk or bike to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Location is nice and quiet, and also close to golf, tennis and pickleball. Fantastic location on Hilton Head. Telie is super responsive and helpful!

It was a great stay and everything was very clean and organized communication on check-in procedures and even when we had a hard time getting the TV reset, Telie was there to help!Very easy stay with kiddos in tow!

Fantastic home, location and owner

This was an excellent property, well cared for and could not have been in a better location. Bikes, brand new beach chairs, well appointed kitchen are just a few reasons we hope to stay here again. Location to Pickleball courts, the beach, the resort bike trails and Alexanders restaurant as well as across the highway to restaurants and concert we fantastic. The owner is very responsive and helpful, I hope we can book again.

Excellent accomodations, amenities, and location.

We had a great time and would highly recommend this property and property owner. Our only recommendation might be to add a grab bar in each bathing area as we had our elderly 90 year old parents with us who would have been blessed by the same. Grateful for all.

Getaway!

We loved the villa! It had everything we needed, I felt like I was at home. We used the Dune Buggy transport to the beach everyday, it was so easy. We were picked up and dropped off at the door. We will definitely stay at this villa again! The host is wonderful!

Great Location (especially for tennis & pickleball)

You are within a 5 minute walk to the pickleball courts (don't worry, you can't hear them), and the beach is probably another 5 minutes. Loved that it was a large 2BR villa with plenty of space. And in a very quiet setting. We would do it again.

Pretty and Convenient

This is our second time at this property. It is very pretty!! Love the convenience of the location - less than 5 minutes to General Store, Tennis/Pickleball courts, Golf, bikes and Restaurant. Ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach. For sure, we will be back for a third visit.

Queens Grant Beauty

It had been some time since we last stayed in Queens Grant (about 12 years) and we were not disappointed. It was truly a lovely unit - as we walked in, the unit was so spacious and clean! It was beautiful! We were glad it was so close to the general store and tennis/pickleball courts. And it was about a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Comforts of home

My husband and I recently stayed at HHI. We enjoyed our stay at Queens Grant. The property was fully equipped with all that we needed and nicely decorated. The master bedroom has a king size bed that was very comfortable. We enjoyed the use of the bicycles provided and the pool. However the pools were hard to find. Tucked away behind the properties which did make them private. Overall a wonderful vacation. Thanks for sharing your place Telie. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Everything You Could Want In Hilton Head

The property very well suited our needs and lifestyle. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach; the complimentary bikes, beach gear and towels; and the proximity of pickle ball and tennis courts. The property was clean and well decorated with all of the amenities you could want. Telie has thought of everything! It was also wonderful to wake up to 3 or 4 deer every morning just off the patio when you opened the drapes I would definitely book with Telie again. Thank you for a pleasurable and relaxing time!
