Souni is a small village situated in the foothills of the Troodos Mountains. The two bedroomed detached villa is located on the edge of a small residential, uniquely designed site with large terraced gardens and uninterrupted views to the coast. It is fully furnished and equipped with a large kitchen, lounge/diner with double french doors opening on to the upper terrace and private pool. Limassol is a short distance away where a new elegant and exclusive International Marina provides waterfront shopping and dining. The nearest airport is Paphos, approx 40min drive. Curium beach with its three restaurants and bars has shower and wc facilities to enable an all day stay and is only 12km. All local village amenities can be accessed by car within minutes. Car hire essential due to location.

Superschönes Haus

Ein wirklich tolles Haus in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Gegend. Das Haus war top ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Die Außenanlage war wunderschön angelegt. Es gab genügend Liegestühle und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der tolle Pool war eine herrliche Erfrischung an den heißen Tagen im August. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Zum Meer waren es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der nächste Supermarkt lag auf dem Weg zum Strand. Wir haben auch einige Ausflüge in die Berge gemacht, in denen man in ca. 20 Minuten ist. Am Strand gab es einen Reitstall, in dem unsere Tochter einige Reitstunden genommen hatte. Alles in allem ein wunderschönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank Taras für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

What a lovely place

We enjoyed the pool as much as everything else in this lovely house. The kitchen is a joy for everyone who likes cooking instead of going out everyday. It provides coffee, tea, spices and other ingredients as well as useful cooking utensils and a big fridge/freezer. And Mark is a very kind and helpful villa manager. Most places were not further then an hour away by car. We would choose this place again and would definitely recommend it. Many thanks.

Lovely and secluded.

Everything you need for four people. Home from home although air con is an extra 50e. I recommend you only drink bottled water you can but the big ones from the supermarket. We will go back!

Really good location, everything you need to good restaurants, supermarkets and local shops. Lovely villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Great pool for cooling down and outside space for alfresco dinning. Already booked booked again for next year.

Wie zu Hause

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit geschmackvollem Garten und unverbauter Sicht. Weg vom Touristenrummel aber in 20 Minuten ist man in Limassol. Je nach Sonnenliebe findet jeder sein Plätzchen. Den Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Er wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Sehr geräumig, sauber und stilvoll. Ein leckeres Willkommen und gute Fürsorge von Mark. Die Krönung war die Küche. Noch nie eine so komplette Ausstattung gesehen. Alle Utensilien waren z.T. meerfach vorhanden. Alles sehr hochwertig und die zur Verfügung gestellten Gewürze, Öle und Grundnahrungsmittel machten Kochen zum Vergnügen. Eine Perle, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Zypern, ein Land der Götter und Gastfreundlichkeit

Abseits vom Touristentrubel fanden wir ein Ferienhaus in dem wir nichts vermissten und wir uns gleich wohlfühlten. Mark hat uns auch noch zur späten Abendstunde begrüßt und uns alles erklärt. Befremdlich fanden wir die extra und im Voraus zu zahlende Gebühr für den Gebrauch der Klimaanlage. Wir wussten ja gar nicht, ob wir die Klimaanlage benötigte würden. Mal schauen, wir würden gerne mal wiederkommen. Danke.
