Beautiful Rehoboth beach home - heated pool, 3 blocks to beach!

Beautiful, brand new modern farmhouse in downtown Rehoboth Beach. Professionally interior designed. Home has a private in ground heated pool letting the outdoors flow in and the fun spill over into your yard. Meticulously designed with two master suites and three additional bedrooms - all with an ensuite bath. Lovely chef's kitchen with state of the art La Cornue oven as well as an outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Located just 1 block to town and 3 blocks to the surf and sand. Toddler bed, beach chairs beach wagon, 2 pack n plays and high chair are provided. Around the corner from Starbucks and Rehoboth Ave. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Wonderful vacation home for making lasting summer memories! Due to weather, our pool is closed from Nov. 1 to April 1.

We just completed a one week stay with 6 adult family members and 6 kids ranging in age from 8 months to 8 years old. It was the perfect spot to stay with extended family! Everything is very walkable from the house and the kids loved the pool. We enjoyed the upgraded kitchen and cozy living room space as well as having a bathroom in every bedroom. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, the pool is perfect for kids, the place is well stocked. Plenty of towels, games, and even books are provided for all ages. Not enough soap and shampoo, but owner was easy to communicate and said they would order them in future. Our family of 10 people in 3 generations had a great time

Oven door was smashed so could not use, (most likely previous occupants broke it) but not a big deal. Place was incredible. They even had little step stool in kids bathroom for little kids to reach sink. Excellent attention to detail. Heated pool in a Nor’Easter was perfect and kept kids happy. Would definitely use this house again. Distance to beach was great. Was super quiet and well insulted. PLENTY of room for 9 of use.

Wonderful Weekend Away

The house was absolutely beautiful. My book club friends and I stayed there for a long weekend. It was a perfect house for a relaxing weekend away. The location is wonderful -- walkable to the beach, restaurants and stores. The hosts were great communicators. Thank you for a great time. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Our family lives in McLean, VA and we have been going to Rehoboth Beach for years and have made some great memories there. We've always wanted a house in Rehoboth Beach. Our house was built in late 2019 and we just love it and we know you will too.

Why they chose this property

This home is really the best value in Rehoboth. Shows like a magazine beach house. One of the many spectacular features is the floor to ceiling glass doors off the back. Its a true indoor/outdoor feel.

What makes this property unique

Heated pool, fire pit, outdoor built in gas grill. Gorgeous kitchen with La Cornue oven, beach chairs, pack n plays, kid ride along wagon, and baby gate provided. Pool alarm also available.
