Welcome to Chill & Recharge, a fabulous 2,273 sq ft oceanfront home with an inverted floor plan and beautiful ocean and marsh views. Bedrooms have access to over 1,250 sq ft of decks, a screened porch, and a first-level sitting room with bunk sets, table, chairs, and TV, as well as the upper-level dining/living room and well-equipped kitchen.

This home features a fireplace, under-counter ice maker, two dishwashers, gas grill, tankless water heater, WIFI, private pool with 1,700 sq ft of poolside space, outdoor shower, and a Brazilian hardwood deck open to the marsh. Beach access is located between 963 & 965 OBW. 

Included Amenities with Weekly Rentals:
- Bed linens, towels, and bath mats are provided.
- Welcome Amenity Bag included with starter items: toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit.
(Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional supplies once starter items are used.)

Please note: this is not a pet-friendly rental; the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home.

Wonderful Property!

We loved this house so much! It's in a perfect location since there's an open lot in front of it (giving you the oceanfront feel) and only being a short walk from the public access ramp to the beach. We traveled with 3 small children, and the only issue we had was trying to block off the stairs. The wall is cut off early on one side making it very hard to put a baby gate up on the stairs. We were able to put a tension gate between the first spindle and the wall and made it work, but maneuvering around it was slightly tough. This is honestly my ONLY gripe about this place. This home had so much more than listed also. It has 2 options for coffee for you coffee lovers. (A keurig and a one pot coffee maker) It had a pack and play available to use, and a high chair. So many board games and puzzles in case of bad weather, and a kitchen FULL of things to use for cooking. We enjoyed our vacation so much and would recommend this property to everyone. Thank you for the lovely stay!

House with amazing views and outdoor space

The house overall was nice. It did lack proper cleaning and there was a large leak under the kitchen sink when we arrived which was fixed by the end of the day. There was an ice maker located under the counter that was not working during our stay which wasn't a major deal but would have been nice to have. The home also had a very musty mold smell on the 2nd floor that was pretty strong and also visible mold in some areas of the home. By the end of the week our allergies were definitely acting up which we think was related to the mold issue. We ended up leaving a day early because of it. We loved the pool and enjoyed all the beautiful views this home had to offer but would probably not stay again until the mold issue was fixed.
