Welcome to our Kauai Home!! Our Townhouse has been completely renovated with an all new kitchen complete with new stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry & granite counter tops. New Tile has been installed thru-out entry, kitchen, dining area & carpeted living room & Bedrooms. The townhouse is all newly painted indoors. New Pillow Top Beds, bedding, towels & new window draperies have just been added along with lovely new showers in each bathroom, plus new Patio Furniture + a new electric BBQ. It's clean, it's beautiful, we have free WiFi, a new 42' High Definition TV along with all amenities of home and we know you will enjoy! And, our rates are highly discounted as the unit is privately owned.

Our Townhouse is located at the Puamana Condominiums in Princeville and sits in a lush, tranquil garden setting offering a perfect combination of stunning natural beauty! Ease into Paradise with the morning songs of friendly birds in tree tops while enjoying breakfast on your lanai. You can choose to enjoy the swimming pool or take the short walk thru the 'Tunnel of Trees' used by Hawaii's Kings & Queens of Old to the secluded end of Anini Beach and snorkel area.

Amazing Experience

The condo is charming and quite complex. Each room is spacious and mattress are extremely comfortable. Full size kitchen with basic supplies - they even have a small fridge for drinks. I did not look for air conditioning until we arrive - not many have them unless you stay at a hotel. The owner supplied a portable air conditioner in master bedroom, only fans in other rooms - my kids were not able to sleep well. They supplied a lot of items that people left there - 2 chairs but becoming rusty (still works), boogie boards but should probably get thrown away - they are beginning to tear apart. A large tote of snorkel flippers, and noodles. The location is perfect but far from the south area - shopping is close by. Cons: ants (we understand that it's the jungle so expect bugs - not wear I eat and sleep) ants on side tables, bed, kitchen trash area and counter tops...the air conditioning (I know people take advantage of leaving it on but some visitors don't do well without air or can't tolerate the humidity, the out door furniture needs a thorough cleaning or seat without cushions (sand is in crevices) after a shower I don't wish to sit in sand, it would be nice if the condo complex had a hose to clean off beach items, lastly - the pool is small but was perfect for what we needed it for. The owners are welcoming and signs written out for way finding (this was great!!) I left my Kauai book there to help others with beach and hike locations. They also had a washer/drier FULL size!!!

Very Comfortable

So centrally located! We loved how easy it was to get right out to the highway and off on our adventures! Furniture and beds were comfy. Lots of fans to keep you cool and everything you would need in the kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and modern. Loved all of the books about Kauai to look at while we were there and loved walking around the grounds.

Kauai getaway

Our stay at Mary's place was wonderful. The location is great for exploring everything Kauai's north shore has to offer! The property was quiet (save for the ever present Kauai roosters which are everywhere on the island!) and extremely comfortable. The addition of an air conditioning unit in the primary bedroom kept us super comfortable on nights when the breeze didn't quite do it. It truly felt like a home away from home and we wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Paradise!

This place was so amazing! We could not wait to experience this condo in person as it looked so beautiful from the photos. It was even better than we expected when we finally arrived. The high ceiling when you walk in, the spacious patio with nice furniture and an electric BBQ, all the modern furniture and appliances and very spacious rooms all throughout the condo. We liked the Hawaiian themed decorations in the property. Very well stocked with everything you would need. We did not want to leave such a great place. Mary was a great host as she was very accommodating to all our requests and answered all our questions very promptly. The condo manager was also very nice and welcoming. You cannot go wrong in booking this property. Mahalo!

Great location on the north shore

We had a lovely stay at this condo in Princeville next to The Westin property. There are two full baths (one down/one up) and two enclosed bedrooms (one down/one up) with a bed in the loft. This was great as we were two couples and this gave us some privacy. We came in late on the arrival day and had a little bit of an issue finding the place, as it was dark, but Mary was available when we called and she talked us through to the place. Access was easy and the place was clean. The condo has beach towels, beach chairs, snorkels and beach accessories for you to use—which we definitely did at the beautiful beaches we visited! When we return to Kauai, we will definitely look at staying here again!

AMAZING

The town home was amazing . It was clean had all the things we would need to go to the beach . The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The air conditioner unit in the master was the best. I felt like I was home that was the best feeling ever . Thank you for thinking of everything . Only one thing we needed was more paper towels and toilet paper but we bought some at the local market food land . We enjoyed ourselves so much I can’t wait to come back next year .

Princeville Condo

The condo was just as advertised! The showers were amazing and I don't think I have ever stayed in a rental or time share that supplied more everday essentials! It seems Mary has anticipated nearly everything you would need in your home away from home, be it in the kitchen or at the beach. What a lovely touch with the coffee and wine . We opened all the doors and windows and just let the breeze flow through! Even though the condo is closer to the road and parking than you can tell from the pictures, it is actually convenient for loading and unloading for the daily trips out and not overly noisy. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked again for our 50th Anniversary in 2021!!

Great family rental

Our stay at the condo was wonderful! We got a little lost the night we arrived so we reached out to Mary, who called us right away, and made sure we made it safely to the condo! Very sweet and responsive! All around great host! The condo itself was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5 (4 adults and 1 toddler). Our 3yr old loved playing downstairs and relaxing on the sofa after a long day of exploring the island! The bedrooms were roomy, the bathrooms were very stylish/modern, nice big kitchen table the family could eat at, and just a very homey feel. The condo also had plastic storage tubs full of snorkeling gear! In the downstairs bedroom closet there were boogie boards, coolers, beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. We only got to visit one beach so we were happy to have all the beach stuff there for us to use! Overall a great stay and we highly recommend families staying here!

This was the best VRBO stay we have ever had. The house was so thoughtfully stocked. Plenty of cooking supplies, soft towels, toilet paper, becah chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. We had 6 people and we fit very comfortably. The house is in a nice area close to a grocey store and only about 3.5 miles to Hanalei Bay. We would definitely stay again.

Everything we needed was provided, including soap in the bathrooms, kitchen utensils, and linens. The grocery store is close by. Check-in and check-out was SO easy. The patio space felt like a cozy little oasis with nature. Ten minutes from Hanalei, with shops and restaurants, and other GREAT beaches not much further away. We walked the 5-minute walk to Wyllie Beach several times. It was a perfect place to stay! Thank you so much!

The location was perfect, close to all the beauty of the North Shore, and the host was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Logement très agréable, très pratique, dans un écrin de verdure et de fleurs magnifiques. Belles chambres avec de très bons lits, belles salles de bain, cuisine grande et super bien équipée. Piscine agréable dans le domaine. Check-in très simple, tout est expliqué et des informations sont laissées dans le logement. Des commerces se trouvent à 5 minutes en voiture. Il y a un accès à la plage très pentu, descente aisée mais remontée un peu plus compliquée. Endroit magnifique, au calme. Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique !
