Enjoy this beautiful, just remodeled 2 bedrooms 2-1/2 bath condo, located within the Seascape Resort in Aptos, CA. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a vacation with the family or friends. Walk down the scenic path to a breathtaking beach, relax by the pool, play golf or tennis. The resort has several luxury restaurants located right on the beach and across from the villa in the charming ocean village. Villa is overlooking the pool and is a few steps away from the breathtaking beach. Enjoy direct ocean views and listen to the ocean waves at night. Villa has 2 bedrooms upstairs (King and Queen), with balconies/patios on each level and a Twin fold-out couch in the living room. BBQ grill on the 1st-floor patio and fully-stocked kitchen. Free hi-speed WiFi access, toaster, coffee maker, beach toys, boogie boards, big beach umbrella and beach chairs you can bring to the sand.

5 minutes driving to Seascape Golf Club.

Completely new redesigned European porcelain bathrooms and new floors were just installed.

Clean, convenient, comfortable beds, owner responded very quickly to my comments. Walk to the beach is close but a steep hike from the resort, but nice beautiful wide sandy beach.(and the resort offers golf cart shuttles!) Would stay again!

This property is as described. The beach was clean and 5 minutes from the property. It's just a walk down to the beach that takes 5 minutes. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided by our host.

Clean villa. Kitchen stocked with all the supplies we needed. Very close to the pool and short walk to the path to the beach. The fans were nice because we had a couple warm days. The dish washer and shower wand in one of the bathrooms were broken, but it didn't really effect our stay. Quick communication from host. Will book again.

The location was wonderful, the condo was clean and welcoming. One thing the Nespresso coffee pot was fabulous, but they only had decaffeinated coffee. So if you had an espresso at home, I would bring your own coffee. Other than that an enjoyable four days and I’ll be going back.
