Dine or enjoy provided puzzles and games on the private back deck. Fantastic recent upgrades include: open floor-plan with bamboo floors and granite counters throughout, stainless appliances, new HVAC, Washer and dryer. The front bedrooms have sliders to the porch; you can read in bed and see the ocean. Walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants, grocery store parks and farmers' market. Outside hot/cold shower, Dishwasher, Microwave and WIFI. No Pets. No Smoking. Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stays only. 2 night minimum rates available in Value - Resort Seasons. Good Location- Close to Middleton Park

Living room furniture was old, stained and uncomfortable. Four TV’s listed in description but none were operating. Immediately contacted rental agency and after multiple phone calls to them, no resolution on the TV issue for our entire stay. ( 8 nights) No screens on any of the doors or windows and sliding doors were not operational. Security deposit was paid by Credit Card, but refunded a month later via CHECK.

Location fantastic, comforts of home not so much. Couches/day beds uncomfortable as heck. Other than that a very doable stay.

Rustic but very clean.

Great vacation home. The location was awesome. The layout of the house is great. My only wish was that the furniture was a little more comfortable in the living area.

Great Location

Location was great with easy access to the beach and dining. The place was not as clean as we have come to expect. Furniture was not comfortable and the ceiling was delaminated in several spots.
