Stunning modern home can sleep up to 17 guests also a 5 minute walk to Rye front beach, Woolworths, Bakery, cafe's & restaurants/bar. Leave the car at home & walk everywhere!

So close to everything you need and far enough to avoid the noisy hustle and bustle during the busy period :)

Our spacious modern kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances.
Large living areas - Two seperate lounges, the smaller one for the kids (has Xbox), the larger one for the adults, big comfortable couch (U Shape Configuration) and a sliding door opens up to the front upstairs decking.

The rumpus room includes a Pool Table, Foosball Table, Ping Pong Table
Additional entertainment - Xbox, Netflix, Stan, Youtube available from both TV's, WIFI throughout and an outdoor alfresco BBQ area that has an 14 seater outdoor setting and an outdoor shower.

Ducted heating, split system upstairs, ceiling fans in each bedroom. Great house for entertaining and relaxing with family and friends. Can sleep 16+ guests!

Fantastic house for a big group. So much space - big bedrooms, massive bathrooms, multiple living areas. Loved the pool table and table tennis! Great location in easy walking distance (maybe 5-10 mins?) to Main Street. Michael was easily contactable if needed. Thanks for a great holiday!

Hockey Pre Season Trip

Amazing property in a fantastic, quite location. So close to the beach, Woolworths and so many restaurants. Kitchen was very well equipped and group of 12 adults had plenty of room!

From booking through to departure the service provided was excellent. The property itself is very clean, spacious and well appointed. With a short walk to the shops and beach the four families with children of ranging ages thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

The Whole Package

We would highly recommend Michael and Pia as hosts and staying in their wonderful home! The home is so well set up and meets your every need and more. Every bedroom is extremely generous in size, beds are very comfortable and every room is beautifully presented. The bathrooms are modern, clean and equipped with toiletries. The kitchen is also very generously equipped - every last thing has been thought about and provided even down to a chest of assorted teas and condiments in the pantry that will save you a trip to the supermarket. There is plenty of lounging areas to be shared or a quiet little nook to settle in with a book. There are also a number of dining spaces including a lovely deck area with a BBQ just off the main indoor dining and kitchen area. With plenty of seating and space for a large family or group. There are three areas downstairs set up for hours of fun for big kids or little - table tennis, pool table and even a soccer /football table. Heaps of space for everyone! If you feel the urge to do some washing whilst on holidays then they have that covered perfectly to with great laundry facilities. Everything is only a short walk or drive away - the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants. It ticks all the boxes and is definitely worth a 5 star rating all round!
