Very useful for transportation. 4 mins walk from the Shinokubo Station. We speak Japanese, English, Vietnamese.

Good small place

Overall the property was as advertised. An added plus is that it is located in Korea town section of Tokyo which we didn't mind since we love Korean bbq and they had plenty of restaurants within a 5 min walk. Beds were kind of firm and the toilet wasnt heated which was a bit of a bummer other then that it was a good place to crash and wash.

Laundry machine did not dry properly. All futons.... no western style mattress. Futon for downstairs needed a sheet and looked a little not clean. A sheet would have helped. Street outside was very littered. I was under the impression that someone could sleep on the couch. This was not the case. Over all, I was OK with the BNB. It is Tokyo. The BNB served its purpose and I was not unsatistfied. Not a good BNB for older people. My wife could not climb the stairs to the loft.

Fantastic

This place was great. While the outside could do with a little trash pick up (I think the neighbors are not careful with their trash), everything else was wonderful. The location was great. While it was a nice quiet street, just walk less than 5 minutes and you are right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Great restaurants, shops, etc are right around the corner. And inside, it was just about perfect. Everything was new, and owner has taken great care to make sure everything you might need is there, and of high quality. Nice cotton sheets, memory foam pillows, a gas water heater that fills up the big bath with HOT water in less than 10 minutes, board games, throw pillows, perfect lighting, etc. And the layout was very cool, with a downstairs living area and a great area up a short ladder to an area with two big, thick mattresses for sleeping. We were very happy in this place and wish we could have stayed longer!
