Parking is free with your purchased $20 per week per vehicle (cash only) gate pass into Sea Pines.

A pool pass for unlimited use to the Heated Harbour Town Pool (just steps from the villa) is provided, and the pool is open year-round and available for your use for unlimited guests during your stay. Please note, the pool is heated March-November.

You are welcome to utilize the Sea Pines Fitness Center, nearby, for $17 per person, per day. Weekly passes are also available.

We do not provide bikes or beach equipment for this property. Beach equipment can be rented by the day, half day or hour on the Beach. Bikes can be ordered and delivered to your accommodations prior to your arrival from The Hilton Head Bicycle Company.

The beach is only 1.5 miles from this villa located at the Sea Pines Beach Club. Please see photos on the site. Parking is available at the Beach Club after Labor Day until Mid March. From Mid March to Labor Day, a complimentary trolley is available to transport you from the Harbour Town Pool to the Beach Club and Back. Parking is only available to Sea Pines homeowners from 9am to 5pm daily. The is not a pool at the Beach Club, only the Atlantic Ocean.

You will have complimentary access to the Sea Pines Beach Club which provides increased access to outdoor showers and public restrooms that are well appointed and family friendly, with both family-sized restrooms and changing rooms available.

Amenities include:
• Outdoor showers and foot wash stations
• Family restrooms
• Ample space for bikes with an increased number of bike racks
• Parking and convenient beach access is for home owners only. Rental guests will park in designated parking areas and be shuttled to the beach in season.

Trolley everywhere March 26 inside Sea Pines for free, just steps from the villa. The Sea Pines Trolley provides transportation for all guests to Sea Pines Center Shops and Restaurants, the new Sea Pines Beach Club Restaurant and Bar from Mid-March thru Labor Day Weekend.

From multi million dollar yachts, breathtaking sunsets, and views of the harbor from the patio, this well appointed villa offers a premier location within Harbour Town and is on the ground floor! Guests can enjoy some of the many water activities, shopping and dining establishments as well as outdoor entertainment. Or maybe you're looking for a relaxing day at the beach? The Sea Pines Beach Club is only a short 1.5 mile bike, trolley, walk or car ride away. This one bedroom villa comes equipped with an updated full size kitchen featuring a refrigerator w/ icemaker, stove and microwave. The master bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress, and includes its own entrance into the full bathroom. The spacious bedroom also features a large walk-in closet, and a new 40” flat screen smart digital cable tv.

The living room features a queen size sofa sleeper, 50” large flat screen smart tv, ipod docking station and a work desk.
The dining room has seating for four guests. The patio features views of the harbor and seating for four.
This villa is new to the rental market and has parking right outside the front door and is in a very quiet location. You and your guests will be just a five minute walk to everything the harbor has to offer.
