You will be only the second person to rent this super bright, spotless, quiet condo! South of Drs Pass. Steps to the white sandy beaches of the gulf. Right out the door is the private boat dock in 'your' backyard. Feels like 'your' private backyard as there are only 20 units in this relaxed and friendly condo complex. Dock is included so boating in the Gulf is a short five minute ride through Doctor's Pass. Relax, fish, crab or watch the dolphins and manatee swim up and down the harbour from the dock as well as from your condo.

The heated pool overlooks the harbour and is never crowded. Most of the time you will have the pool all to yourselves.

Take a walk or a bike ride along Gulf Shore Blvd for dining and shopping on 5th Ave and 3rd St. or Venetian Village. Walk along the beach any time with out having to walk TO the beach first to enjoy sunsets and sunrises.

If you enjoy water sports as well as the beach, Lowdermilk park is across the street. There you can rent paddle boards and kayaks. The park also has a great playground, beach volleyball courts, a concession stand, showers, toilets and more.

Have a quiet night at home to watch your favourite movie. Like to cook? Enjoy the kitchen with convection oven, cooktop, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator with ice and water dispenser in the door. If you don't like to cook Skip the Dishes/Door Dash will bring whatever you like to your door. There is also a Webber bbq right next to the harbour for grilling while you sip a cool beverage and take in the peaceful, quiet evening.

Harbour Club was built in the early 1960's and although completely updated to meet 21st century standards maintains much of the cool vibe of an earlier Olde Naples. Many of the original details like the decorative screen blocks, outside tiled walls and cast aluminium railings common in that era have been preserved.

The condo is all about LOCATION and style! Relaxing happens naturally.
