My family of 5 stayed here while visiting family in North Fort Myers. The house was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom. The pool area was beautiful. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Nice and close to activities in Cape Coral and Ft Myers We only had two issues. The water in the kitchen sink would not get hot. So we were unable to use it to wash hands, or hand wash dishes. I emailed the property management company, but they did not get back to me. We also used the gas barbecue grill one of the days. The propane was full and we were able to locate bbq tools, but we were not able to get all the burners to light. One full row would not ignite, and two of them would only work in the front, with no flame in the back. We were able to make it work however. Overall the place was superb and I would return in a heartbeat.

Peaceful Oasis

My daughter and I needed a quiet, comfortable place to use as a home base as we visited my elderly parents. This home was such a comfortable, clean, well-equipped oasis. We were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful enclosed pool during the mornings and visit during the afternoons. It was the perfect option for us- spotless, comfortable, and beautiful. I would definitely return and send other family members here in the future. It was wonderful.

Pure Relaxation

We LOVED this house. We planned a girls trip with the intent to relax and unwind. I have never left a vacation feeling this recharged, refreshed and relaxed. The backyard pool is like a private oasis with the little waterfalls and pool lights in the evening. This pool is better than any private pool I have used. We will be back, every year. The house was amazing, experience was amazing and the stay was much more than we could have expected.

The pool area is absolutely gorgeous! It was perfect for old and young alike. Lots of room in the sun or shade and the shallow end in the pool was perfect for the grandkids. I found the main living area indoors was a bit small for a 4 bedroom house, and there is not a TV in the main living space, but 3 of the 4 bedrooms did, so there is no shortage of TV's. Also, just a note that there were no games to be found at all, so we did buy some cards and small games that we were able to take back home.

We stayed for 2024 AYF Nationals ! Our boys LOVED swimming in the pool after a long day of football!🏈 Everything was great but being down for football means dirty jerseys and pants so I was specifically looking for something where I could wash clothes. I was unaware of the dryer needing to be replaced during our stay. The boys had games but I couldn’t wash their uniforms from wearing the day before. I live 16 hours away and not familiar with the area or laundromats in the area. However, we got through it and the replacement dryer arrived 2 days after check-in. Other than that everything was great! 😊

We enjoyed this very clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and patio deck were perfect for dipping in the warm pool and relaxing. Kitchen was well equipped for our BBQs. I would highly recommend a stay at this home.

Very nice and quiet place

This place was absolutely beautiful the only issue we had was that when we had gotten there on a Tuesday it took almost a week for the garbage to be picked up. When we had gotten there there were maggots and everything in the trash like it hadn't been pi ked up in 2 weeks. But overall the place it self was very beautiful and relaxing, loved the heated pool we were in it everyday for most of the day even after the ocean we'd be in the pool when we got back. We definitely will be back.

Gorgeous Quiet

We gave this property a 3.5 stars. All congregate areas were lovely. There was no TV in the Main area and was not in all the bedrooms. For a TV family coming to chill and catch up binge watching we couldn't. Otherwise, the pool was refreshing and covered. Nice neighborhood for a dinner stroll too.

Family vacation

My family and I really enjoyed the heated pool. The cooler night temps and a warm pool brought smiles to my whole family. No amenities were left out. We enjoyed a fire with s'mores in the evening, burgers on the grill and opened the patio door to the pool in the morning for a fresh breeze at breakfast. The master suite was beautiful a whole wing to enjoy for the hard working parent:)) I loved having my morning coffe while I threw in a load of laundry for my kiddies. We really enjoyed this beautiful home away from home we will definitely be back.

If you’re looking for a house that is a getaway from home, this is awesome.

The home is in a residential area. It is near grocery stores, but not shopping and restaurants. If your goal is to cook, unplug, swim, play games (bring your own), listen to music (bring a speaker), relax- this is a great house for that. The pool is the highlight. It has a tanning shelf that my college girl loved to sit on and read while tanning. It would also be good for small children as they could sit in inches of water. It is nicely decorated. The living space does not have a tv, nor does the outdoor pool space. The bedrooms are well appointed with good linens and lamps for laying in bed and reading/watching tv. There are no chairs in the bedrooms so watching tv must be done from the beds.

Last time in this house

This is my third time in this house and it will be the last. I am in love with this house but this time the water in the pool was always cold, the girer never worked and it rained every day. Could not see any television, the internet is very slow. There is still no more lighting in the pool area and to complete the price of the nights was raised. The beach is an hour away, I don't understand why so expensive. In Marco Island there are cheaper houses and in addition to the pool you also have the beach. I am very disappointed in this house.

We shared your feedback with the owner, who would like to share the following: - We're sorry the pool temperature was not to your liking, but we can assure you the pool stays very warm (typically over 90 degrees) during these hot summer months. We're also sorry to hear the weather didn't cooperate on your trip. - We haven't had any internet issues reported, though we checked the signal after your stay and can confirm everything is working great. - Regarding the lighting, there is a ceiling fan with light in the lanai, a three-fixture lamp on the pool deck, and an LED light in the pool itself. - The price per night does tend to increase a little each summer, it can also cost more depending on which week you are traveling. Evolve's rate algorithm takes a variety of factors into account to keep up with market demand and price the home fairly.

Winter getaway

We cannot say enough good things about this rental! It was clean, inviting, kid-friendly, and the decor was fitting of a Florida getaway. The location felt safe and was close to grocery and local shopping. Beaches were just a short drive away. Management was friendly and replied to inquiries quickly.

Amazing home

Everything was wonderful! The home is beautifully decorated, just like the pictures. The landscaping is lovely. The prettiest house in the neighborhood. The pool is wonderful. It was deep enough to make it fun for my older kids. And there is a cool ledge area where my littlest loved to jump in or play with toys. My oldest loved sitting in the pool side chairs and reading her novels. The sliding glass doors open up the house and pool area for a truly magical feel. It was such a pretty setting my kids used it to film a sketch comedy for their YouTube channel. So fun! The owners are super responsive and communicative. If you see any complaint on a review here, the owners have complied and fixed it. Very nice, trustworthy people. This home is in a neighborhood. But it’s very quiet and residential. I stayed here as the sole adult with my five kids and felt very safe. We loved it so much, it had us dreaming of moving to Florida and putting in an offer on the house :) We stopped at Walmart (cheaper than Publix) after our flight and stocked up on easy to prepare foods and used the kitchen exclusively, as our next week we knew we would be eating out for most meals. The kitchen had everything you need to make your meals. Besides spending time in the gorgeous pool, we played games, watched movies, went to the Shell Factory, hunted shark’s teeth at Venice Beach (so fun! We found 60 teeth!), enjoyed a few spots in Cape Coral and Ft. Myers. Don’t hesitate to book this house. We don’t normally revisit vacation spots, but this one is very tempting for us to see again!!!
