Floor to ceiling magnificent views of gorgeous snow white sands and glistening emerald green water await you in this charming upscale condominium in beautiful Pensacola Beach. Our guests love to watch the dolphins just a few feet away from the shimmering Gulf!
You will be delighted by the tastefully decorated and comfortable new furnishings of this clean and updated vacation destination. This condo is designed with a mixture of comfort and luxury and is perfect for your family vacation. Our guests enjoy the open floor plan, large balcony and well equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains everything you will want for preparing meals of any size for your friends and family .It has all the accessories and touches you would expect to find in this home.
The beds are very comfortable in both bedrooms. The master has a king sized bed with extraordinary views and an entrance out to a large balcony. There is a full bath and ample room to relax and enjoy the ambiance of this fabulous flat. There are two twin beds in the guest room which share the second bath. The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa and a nice flat screen TV. The condo has a washer and dryer.
We have many guests that choose to return each year. They believe the best things about our condominium is the close proximity to the beach and pool and the expansive views of the dunes and water. You really enjoy your time here and will not want to leave!

We've stayed at this condo about five times over our last seven trips to Pensacola, and that alone should say how much we love it. Every time we start planning a beach vacation, this is the first place we look because it consistently delivers a fantastic experience.The location is hard to beat, and the beachfront view is absolutely incredible. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sun come up over the dunes, beach, and waves never gets old. The grounds are always beautifully maintained, and the condo is consistently spotless when we arrive.Gregg is an excellent host who is easy to work with and communicates promptly, making the entire booking process stress-free.The layout is perfect for our family of four. The king bed in the master is comfortable, the second bedroom with two twin beds is ideal for the kids, and having both a Jack-and-Jill bathroom plus a separate full bathroom off the kitchen makes getting everyone ready so much easier.The pool is also a huge bonus and provides a great break from the sand whenever the kids are ready for something different.We truly love this condo and plan to keep coming back whenever it's available. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, well-maintained beachfront condo with an unbeatable view, this is it. Highly recommended!

The condo worked great for our family of five. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean, and it had all the necessities we needed.We especially loved the convenience of the complex for accessing the beach and pool; it took only two minutes to have our feet in the sand. Even on Saturday, it never felt crowded and there was plenty of room to set up near the water.

Cannot say enough good things about this condo and host. The views were perfection, especially from the main bedroom. The condo was so tidy and very thoughtfully appointed. There were so many things taken into consideration and provided for, they went far above and beyond the usually sparse condo amenity baseline of 1 trash bag, 1 dishwasher tablet, basic utensils, etc. They have really thought about the comfort of their guests and the types of food and treats that guests might commonly cook or enjoy while on their beach vacation. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with dishes and utensils. There were so many comfortable, throw pillows, plenty of extra linens. The in-unit laundry was great. The beds were so comfortable. Our kids loved their little room and the main bedroom just could not be beat for morning coffee with a view and an ocean breeze. Breakfast on the balcony is perfect. The second floor location gives you great views of the dunes while still affording you good privacy. And it’s a short elevator ride (fast elevator!) and a quick walk to the waterline.The balcony is close enough to flag down your party on the beach, which was helpful when juggling a baby’s nap schedule. The building is older but was quiet and the full time residents were friendly. It was a perfect vacation spot and we hope to return!

Great place to stay right on the Gulf. Fantastic views from the balcony. Everything is very convenient. The unit was clean and a bit larger than expected from the photos. Gregg was very prompt with communications and answering our questions. We hope to stay again in the future.

We loved the condo!! Gregg was awesome to work with as well. Everything about the place was great!! The only thing that we didn’t like was there is no inside door lock and our two year old was able to open the door. nothing a quick Amazon delivery didn’t take care of though.

Condo was great! We stayed Saturday to Saturday with two twelve year old girls and we had plenty of room. If you are looking for convenience all the way around I would highly recommend. The room is located right next to the elevator, close to the pool door and beach walk. The trash bin was located right outside the condo door. There were chairs in the balcony closet. The view for a 2nd floor condo was fabulous. I've stayed in low and high rises and this was perfect. We would definitely return.

Gregg, the host, was great at communicating and answering any questions I had prior to and during our stay. The rental was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything that was needed during our week long stay. The view was amazing and you’ll love the large balcony. The beach is just a stone throw away from the rental. The beach chairs and umbrella that were in the utility closet came in super handy. You will be glad you chose this rental!

When you look out the windows or sit on the balcony, you feel like you are sitting on the beach. The beach wasn’t packed and we stayed during Red, White, and Blues week. The condo was clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

We loved the condo. The view was spectacular! The balcony was spacious and we liked that it was mostly shaded all day. It was nice to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. Gregg was very responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again.
