About this property

A spacious 2100 sq foot Florida type home; with vaulted ceiling, on 1/4 acre with a screened in solar heated pool and lanai (patio). Lots of palm trees. Located near the Gulf of Mexico. Thirty five minutes to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Fifteen minutes from the Cape Coral Yacht Club. Three bedrooms with queen beds and den with pullout bed. Four flat screen TVs, Netflix, phone and internet. Fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Beach gear and five bicycles on hand.

Spacious and comfortable

We greatly enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the pool on the warmer days. The owner is flexible and easy to deal with.

great visit

We really enjoyed our visit to Cape Coral and this property. The pool was great and the neighborhood very safe and friendly. The couch and love seat could be replaced as they are getting a little old.
