This 2 storey Queenstown holiday home includes welcoming living downstairs - enjoy the older-style charm with a gas fireplace for warm winter hideaways, or unwind in the country style gardens with fresh lake and alpine scenes... The spacious living ensures ample room for a range of group sizes, including a sun-drenched conservatory and informal dining area for relaxed family brunches, plus a large kitchen and formal dining room - perfect for entertaining.

Upstairs at this Queenstown accommodation, bedroom 1 has its own ensuite and is fitted with a queen bed. Bedroom 2 includes twin singles, and bedroom 3 is fitted with a queen bed. Downstairs, bedroom 4 also has a queen bed. To complete your convenient holiday home set up, there is a second bathroom upstairs, and a third downstairs.

Three night stay

We were two familys staying for three nights. A very charming place with everything we needed. Plenty of space and a short walk to the city centre.

This home is in a perfect location - we were able to walk to everything downtown. There is a lot of space in this home! Absolutely loved the views and the outdoor space as well. All was clean and kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. Lots of seating for dining was great as well.

There were good things about this property, the view, the newish oven, fridge, washing machine and dryer and the Nespresso machine but the hot water situation ( difficult to get adequate hot water and unable to get hot water for more than one location ie 2 showers could not run simultaneously, nor could the kitchen tap and a shower) was very inconvenient. This was only partly resolved after several complaints to the property managers who suggested temporary solutions which didn’t work. If you are renting a house which is advertised as sleeping 8, with 3 bathrooms, you are counting on adequate hot water. The mattress in the main bedroom really needs replacing as it’s very uncomfortable and the second double bedroom upstairs needs an extra power point or a double point behind the bed to enable 2 bedside lights. The bathroom linen supply was insufficient eg no bathmat in the ensuite which gets very wet. The kitchen is well-stocked. The house is pretty well-worn.

Wonderful views above Queenstown

The house was perfect for my family with four bedrooms and three bathrooms! We enjoyed the living space especially the lovely back nook with all the sunlight! The house was clean and comfortable with lots of character, but a few of the beds were too soft and lumpy. The location provided amazing views but we didn’t realize the huge hill between us and the town which made walking home a challenge. The host was friendly and accommodating!
