AUBURN SUNRISE – A PLACE OF PEACE AND CONTENTMENT

This charming Plantation-style vacation home is the perfect coastal retreat.

The first-level master suite features a king bed, twin bed, and an updated master bath. A guest bedroom on this level is appointed with double/twin bunk beds and a shared bathroom with a tub-shower unit. Both bedrooms have direct access to a spacious covered deck, ideal for morning coffee or relaxing evenings.

The second level is the main living area, offering an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, while the dining room opens to a large living area with soaring ceilings and abundant natural light. Just off this level, your family can enjoy a covered porch with outdoor dining table and a sun deck perfect for soaking up the sun or coastal breezes.

The top floor offers a private loft bedroom with a queen bed and a full-size guest bathroom, providing extra space and privacy for family or friends.

Outdoors, relax and unwind in the sparkling swimming pool, perfect for hot summer days. End your beach day with a rinse in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water or prepare your coastal catch at the fish cleaning station. A park-style grill is also provided for afternoon cookouts.

Located just a short walk to the beach and a leisurely bike ride to the Plantation Clubhouse, Auburn Sunrise is the perfect combination of comfort, charm, and serenity for your family vacation.

Wonderful Thanksgiving with family

Beautiful area/community. Plenty of sleeping areas, blankets, pillows, etc. Very short walk to the beach. Lots of pretty shells. Very peaceful!

Disappointing

We had a group of 10, 2 sets of parents our daughters and friends. When we arrived we quickly noticed several things that were bothersome. The house was not very clean, ex: the coffee pot was so disgusting that we had to scrub it to even think about using it. We had to wash many of the dishes before we could use them. The dishwasher soap dispenser doesn’t work. The toilets were not clean. The linens were ratty, some ripped and not enough towels. I sent an email the first night and we called the next morning with additional issues. The rental company did offer to send a cleaning person at that time, which we declined as we already had unpacked everything and cleaned as we went. They also delivered a brand new coffee pot and additional towels which we appreciated. We did enjoy the pool and it was a short walk to the beach. The Plantation itself is a very nice area and we had a great time visiting SGI!! PS- bring bug spray!!

Fun times at Auburn Sunrise

We had an amazing week staying at Auburn Sunrise. The walk to the beach was under two minutes; very close to the house and doable with a baby. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. We would definitely like to stay here again.

The house was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed.

The downstairs air conditioning went out 2 times. We had a very hot night. They fixed it and went out again 2 days later. This time they came and fixed it promptly. Other than that we had a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay!!

This house is in a perfect location, right around the corner from the beach. It was a very nice quiet area on the plantation and not at all busy on the beach either. The house was nice and accommodating to our group of 10. The Vacation Rental Company were VERY responsive to any of our needs and came right away!
