Finca Es Pujolet is located at the end of a small side street that leads up a hill from the village of Costitx. Once there, a natural paradise awaits you in the middle of the beautiful Mallorcan landscape. The view wanders over the hilly landscape around the house and the pool and lingers on the cypresses and the shady palm trees. Due to the absolutely privileged location, you can enjoy a very private atmosphere here, protected from prying eyes.

The accommodation

The house also impresses with its authentic Mallorcan flair inside, paired with modern comforts such as German satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet and a fully equipped kitchen.On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms and a children's room with a bunk bed. There is a shower room in the house, another is outside. The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. Another bathroom is located in a separate small casita outside about 5 m from the house.

The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.

The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

To be fair, we would like to point out to holiday guests who are looking for absolute peace and quiet that the area around Costitx is located in one of Mallorca's flight corridors.

In addition, the Ecotasa fee is charged to all travelers aged 16 and over.

It is €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights, and €1.00 thereafter. (plus 10% VAT.)
