About this property

Beautiful Bungalow Just Blocks Away From Magnolia Ave.

The home was built in 1926 and rich with history. The home was previously a floral shop and was once home to the owners of a convenience store across the street which has since been replaced by new home builds that maintain the integrity of the historic flavor of the neighborhood. Enjoy sitting on one of three outdoor covered porches, or have a feast at our homemade 10ft long dining table. Although it may look old on the outside, the inside maintains many modern charms while still giving a splash of the past with shiplap walls and a glimpse of an old chimney that once warmed the home.

*This is a great space for a business retreat for a small team. Dining table comfortably seats 6 and makes for a great workspace. Lots of nearby activities for team-building within walking distance or a short Uber/Lyft drive away.
