This queen bedroom features bunk beds and is located in a home with a private entrance. The full kitchen is fully equipped, including all dishes, pots, and pans. The kitchen is furnished with a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker, a four-burner stove with an oven, a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, a traditional coffee pot, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Wash any glasses, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils you've used and return them to their original spots in the kitchen.

Clear out any food from the cabinets and refrigerator and throw it away in the garbage. Bag up your inside garbage and take it to the outside trash can located at the bottom of the stairs.

While tidying up, please don't throw away any dishes, silverware, or kitchen items. We have picked out these items with care to make your stay comfortable, so we'd appreciate it if they stayed home.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If you are traveling with a pet or you desire to smoke, please choose a different home. This property has a No pet/No Smoking/No exception policy.

Please understand that my "No Smoking" policy includes No Smoking of Marijuana inside the home too. Tennessee is not a legalized Marijuana state.

Violations of No Pets/No Smoking policy will result in immediate termination of the Rental Agreement. Violations upon departure result in a $250 fee.

Why they chose this property

I chose this house because of the location and I saw all the potential the house had. Also, the Powell area of Knoxville is known for its community and growing commerce. But, most of all, this house and location made me feel like I was secluded in the countryside when I am really less than 5 miles from downtown Knoxville.

What makes this property unique

The ability to temporarily live in a private home while in the Knoxville area is a great rental situation for that person who desires to separate themselves from the experience of a hotel or motel while traveling.
