My wife and I chose the Grove House for our 20th wedding anniversary vacation. We had hoped for a comfortable and private getaway centrally located. We were not disappointed! Our host had food and wine for us and a special note welcoming us. Our host communicated quickly and responded graciously to every question and request. When traveling back to the DC area, we will not hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend the Grove House for your next vacation stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The guest house was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. We loved the snacks the hosts left us. Before we arrived we mentioned that we were coming for our son’s birthday. There were cupcakes and a balloon waiting for us when we arrived along with breakfast for the next morning, wine, a lemon cake and chocolates. Would definitely recommend!!

I can honestly say, this was one of the most beautifully furnished and decorated VRBO's I have stayed in. The home was clean and included all the amenities needed, plus some. Deb, our host, was wonderful to work with. She answered all our questions promptly and gave great details as to finding and using the necessary items in the home as well as everything that could be enjoyed in the area. We had a great stay!

Wonderful weekend

We had a wonderful stay! Deb provided very thorough instructions and information about the area, was very responsive, and the house was just lovely. Easy check in and check out, with *no* list of cleaning or other check out requirements. The pool is fantastic, with a great covered patio for those not in the pool. Well supplied kitchen, and plenty of bath towels and toiletries. All in all, one of our favorite stays!

Awesome Place!

This was a great place to stay to getaway and have privacy. The Host was so kind and went out of her way when I was not feeling well. It was extremely clean and you can even use the pool and spa. I would highly recommend staying there and it can accommodate more than just 2 people. We would definitely stay there again! Karen Meck

Week long stay

The property is extremely nice. We visited downtown Frederick, DC, and Harper’s Ferry from the location. We never made it to the swimming pool. A great place to stay
