Great location and having the boat was the best part of renting the house. We did have to immediately get gas for it though. Some updates may be needed to continue asking that price. Multiple light bulbs out and none of the plugs on the second floor worked. When we arrived the smoke alarm was chirping and the fix was to just take it down. Found 4 other detectors in a pile on a shelf. We had zero toiletries provided which seemed odd that not even one bar of soap was provided. All in all we enjoyed the space though.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. I do apologize with the smoke detectors down. I just had the place painted on the interior and they did not replace immediately as they should have. I put those ones back but have ordered new upgraded ones shortly and they will be installed in a few weeks when the come in from the USA. My main cleaner was gone so every guest will get toiletries. All the best in the future and safe travels.

We had an awesome stay at BB1! The house was beautiful, well equipped and well maintained. Having a boat opens up the full Exuma experience for travelers. I highly recommend this listing for anyone that is interested in enjoying the beauty of Exuma, Stocking Island and the many surrounding islands and beaches. It should be noted that navigating Exuma's shallow waters, anchorages and small / shallow docks takes some boating experience. But, if you've operated a small craft before and use caution, you'll find that the many deserted beaches in the area are breathtaking.There are three sea turtles that reside in the area and frequently visit the dock behind the property. They love lettuce and our nieces were delighted to enjoy this unique encounter almost daily from the dock directly behind the villa. The owner and property manager are excellent hosts and very responsive for any questions or needs you may have.

Amazing location! Our favorite parts were the boat, and the family of sea turtles that lives below the cliffs. Every morning we would go out and feed them, and it was a highlight for all of us. Had some issues with the house early on, but the owner took care of everything. Definitely recommend if you want to go to Exuma.

The property manager Jeneice was just amazing! The place was clean and having the boat was beyond wonderful! I would book here again. There are a family of sea turtles that live here too! Definitely would recommend.

Great location + a boat

Loved the location. Easy to get to the best places by boat or car. Very safe area. All the amenities of a hotel (restaurant, bar, pool, gym) but comfort of a house.

Awesome vacation

We loved this place! It was in a perfect location and had great views. We saw turtles every day at the dock. The pool area and restaurant are awesome and a short walk. Chris and Jeneise were easy to work with. Beds are comfy. We will be back! Great vacation!

Great place to stay in Exuma

My wife and I rented the villa for 6 nights. The main draw was having the boat available and even though we didn't need all the bedrooms, the price with the boat was still a great deal! The villa is in great shape and was getting some new kitchen appliances while we were there. The boat allowed us to explore Exuma and the surrounding cays that we hadn't had a chance to do in past visits. I would highly recommend you consider this property if you are planning a trip to Exuma.

This was our 7th or 8th trip to Exuma (from Fort Lauderdale) and once again we had a wonderful experience. February Point is a great neighborhood, so close to Georgetown shopping and basics. The rental is huge and has so many amenities. My husband loved the gym and I loved the family of sea turtles under our dock. Having the boat as part of the rental was THE BEST PART however. Exuma is all about having access to the water we have found. This truly made this our best vacation there yet!

Perfect place

I have been to Exuma 4 times. Fantastic overall property. February Point location and amenities are excellent. The ladies loved the spa and the restaurant was great. If you are a boater, world class private beaches await.
