*** UPDATE January 2025 - We recently did a major update to our property. We addressed all issues from our previous guests. A total deep cleaning was done from top to bottom. We got a beautiful new couch w/ a chaise, ottoman and 2 new arm chairs to relax in. Chaise can be used to sleep an additional person. All new linens, towels, a new tv to accompany the queen bed in the guest room, new kitchen utensils, glassware, dishware and cookware. We purchased new beach chairs, new coffee maker and a host of other items for a better overall experience.

*We do not have an elevator on property. Even though it is listed, VRBO can't seem to remove it from the description.

Welcome to Cozy Cove located just 1 minute from Turtle beach & 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. Amazing water views and a FREE Trolley that runs steps away from our location to Siesta Key Beach & Village. Our guests love it. We have a beautiful 2 story - 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath which sleeps up to 5. TV's in all bedrooms & Smart TV in the living room. We are located on Turtle Lagoon and you can walk to nearby restaurants and Turtle beach next door. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets that have made Siesta Key world-famous. Completely furnished with all the amenities of home including WI-FI & Smart TV Access. This vacation rental is in a great location. The Cozy Cove community, comprised of six intimate units, includes a shared pool, reserved parking, a private boat dock, and just a few minutes away is the Turtle Beach public boat ramp. Boat rentals and water sports available nearby. Additional features include private washer/dryer, fully loaded kitchen, real fireplace, wireless internet, towels, beach chairs, and 2 private patio decks.

*There is a $150 cleaning fee and no other hidden fees by us for the prices quoted except for the 12% Florida tax & the VRBO fee which is added onto the quoted price when booked. We cannot control VRBO fees. * There is no elevator onsite.

The apartment was very clean. It was priced reasonably. It was also close to the beach & the tram was a plus. We watched manatee & dolphins from the dock. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Easy walking to the beach and when we felt like going into town for some fun or food, we hopped on the free trolly. Our kids enjoyed the pool and did some fishing on the pier! The condo was clean, comfortable, and they supply extra beach supplies which is so helpful to not have to pack or buy extra stuff! We hope to be back someday!

Parking was great. My kids did not want to go in the pool because "it was cold and had a lot of bugs". Distance to the beach was awesome. Location was great. The property was a bit outdated but was still an enjoyable place to stay. The beach accessories that were made available were also great. There was a wagon, chairs, and umbrellas which made the beach much more enjoyable.

It was just 0.2 miles to Turtle Beach, with plenty of parking. We enjoyed being south on the island with very little traffic and noise. The house was comfortable including the master bed. Some of the appliances were old but in working condition. Enjoyed having covered parking with plenty of room.

This is our second time staying here and we had a wonderful time. We spent most of the days dropping our paddle boards into the water and paddling down to midnight pass. The convenience of being close enough to restaurants but still being far enough away to enjoy our quiet time was a perfect mix! Can’t wait to return!

Accommodations were clean and decor was very nice. We had all we needed for our stay….from paper towels, tp, silverware, trash bags, cookware, dishes and cups, etc. Kitchen had all you will need. Both beds were comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms (half bath main floor) was a bonus. Modern washer and dryer was handy and also had detergent and dryer sheets. Extra bedding and pillow cases were abundant. We also found beach towels, sand mats, umbrellas, chairs and some beach toys with a beach cart to pull it all. Short walk to Turtle beach and many amenities. Two nice restaurants just blocks away. The trolly is close and convenient to anything on the key you may need or want to do. Awesome area for summer activities, eating and night life fun. Onsite pool was clean and well kept. We spent a lot of time just out back on lawn furniture along the channel fishing and relaxing. Enjoyed seeing dolphins and local wildlife. You can rent a pontoon or kayak and midnight pass is just minutes away and I recommend a trip there on the water. Unit had docks that made loading for this very convenient. Must use stairs to get to room and then again 2nd floor of unit. Was not inconvenient but do consider if handicapped. Plenty of covered parking onsite. Area was quiet and felt very safe. Loved making some new memories here. Owner/manager communicated well and is obviously doing all needed to make for a perfect stay. Would highly recommend and I expect to be staying again next year.

Close to the trolley station which was nice. Quiet neighborhood, Turtles on the Bay restaurant is across the street and was really nice if you don't want to deal with the trolley. Place was clean and nice.

Quiet area of Siesta Key with trolley access. Very comfortable bed and great communication with host. Pool is beautiful but not heated. Enjoyed sitting by lagoon and watching the dolphins. Would stay again.
